Justine gave us great service. The food was hot and the price for the "3 for me" is excellent. Great burger, 3 choices, soup, choice of broccoli and cheese or chicken enchilada (super good) plus choice of 4 drinks ALL for $10.99! Can't beat that.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Chili's Bar and Grill, and it was an experience I wish I could erase from my memory. The ambiance felt like a desperate attempt to combine every tacky decor element imaginable. It's as if they raided a 90s garage sale and threw everything together – from mismatched chairs to bizarre wall art that could induce migraines.The menu was a confusing mishmash of uninspired dishes that left my taste buds questioning their life choices. The "signature" dishes tasted like they were created by someone with a blindfold and a dartboard, resulting in a chaotic blend of flavors that left me questioning why I even bothered.Service was a slow-motion disaster. It seemed like the staff was on a mission to set a new record for the longest wait times, with waiters who appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers. Getting their attention felt like trying to summon a ghost – futile and eerily elusive.To cap off this culinary catastrophe, the prices were absurdly high for the subpar quality served. I've had better meals at gas stations. Save your taste buds and your wallet; Chili's is a dining experience you'll regret from the moment you step inside.

As soon as I sat down the table was very sticky and you could tell the table wasn’t clean at all. The server wasn’t bad but it took almost 30 minutes for our food to get here! When I did get my food I took a bite and it was cold! My little boy got the kids pizza and he said the pizza was cold as well! Also I politely asked for some ranch and the server said yes but never came with ranch!

I cant even describe how bad this experience was for me. I ordered the chicken crispers and I break them open for them to cool down. THERE WAS A HAIR INSIDE THE CHICKEN. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS HAPPEND BUT SOON ENOUGH I FOUND ANOTHER ONE IN THE 2ND CRISP I OPENED. I ended up calling up a manager, and just to top everything off she smelled like she came straight from the sewers. completely lost my appetite after this. even after I kindly stated what my problem was, she didn't even offer me a refund. straight up just left. I can't believe what this place has turn into. I hope u guys get nuked ✌?

Everything was great. Server was on top of everything.Parking: Mall, Walmart and mall share same parking lot. Depending on time of day, it can be difficult to find parking unless you park further away.
My first time at this Downtown Buena Park location and I love it. It's in a huge shopping center area, surrounded by a variety of eateries and various clothing stores such as #Ross #TJMaxx, Walmart and close distance to #KnottsBerryFarm. Location wise, this is awesome. We popped in there while my nephews were next door at John's Incredible Pizza which they love (All u can eat buffet and arcade games) kinda like Dave and busters for kids and teens. We sat at da bar, no waiting and were attended to within a few minutes. Happy Hour drinks on deck with crispy crunchy #ChipsAndSalsa was yummy. This is definitely on da go back agenda. My nephews thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the arcade and are looking forward to going back so it's a win win for me. Check 'em out?Parking: Parking lot is huge and weekends are definitely busy, however there's plenty parking directly across the driveway from the ? in front of where the now closed Sears use to be.Wheelchair accessibility: Open, street level parking
