My wifes club salad was pretty terrible, the salads are pre packed, the chicken is dry, and Avocado rotten. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were dry also, the only thing that was good was my sons hot dog...but it was a hot dog, its kinda hard to screw that up lol. Overall the atmosphere is cool, workers were nice and the music is awesome from the 50s and 60s.

Im writing this as a Knott's Season Passholder with Unlimited Food pass through 2024. This is my second time coming here. First time was during the holidays. There is usually no line here which is why I decided to come again. Both times, the food was COLD! I mean cold rubbery burgers, fries cold, only saving grace was the Onion rings here. There are a few indoor tables and a lot of outdoor tables. Today was COLD so i ate inside! The only reason i didnt give this place a 1 star was because of the following: -It was CLEAN! They had two older gentlemen sweeping, wiping, and keeping the place clean. I was shocked. No spills no sticky anything on the counters -Young man at the cash register was friendly and knowledgeable. I got my 2024 Souvenir cup with ease! -Young lady at the cafeteria counter made sure there was cheese on the patty. -New Coke soda machine inside! Also two very good working fountain with refills. Again very clean! Again a super clean spot, not the best food but edible, and friendly service

The onion rings & special holiday Garlic burger are excellent here.They also have one of the new pick-your-flavor soda machines, though it is frequently out of specific syrups.My only complaint is that the menu is kinda small, especially if you're eating on the meal plan.Like, would it kill them to let us have a small chocolate shake with a meal?Thankfully the staff are always nice.

Our go to- Johny rocket's was closed- so we tried this place. Food was blah, low level, school cafeteria quality and served luke warm. By the time we sat down, the fries were cold. I have an allergy and had to ask about the ingredients. it's 2023, a lot of people have allergies. they should be educated on what's in the food they sell!! They had no clue. last but not least....This place is extremely overpriced, especially for the low quality you are getting. $76 for 3 burger plates and 2 shakes??!!!!Will never go back!!

Whenever we go to Knott's Berry Farm, this is one of our go-to eateries. Our family has annual passes and on those passes we have a meal plan along with a drink package. These are GREAT since the food is expensive without the meal plan. I'm talking a Chipotle size burrito for$17-$18! That's not cheap, but since we do have the meal plan it's free. We can use our meal plan pass once every 4 hours. It's awesome! Disney- take note. Coasters is located in the corner of the Boardwalk area of the park. It's a 50s-era dinner complete with a jukebox. It offers both indoor and outdoor dining options. The food options are hamburgers that you can get with either fried or onion rings. There are chicken tenders with the same sides options. Salads with chicken and non- meat options. The drink fountains are around the corner from the registers and the topping bar is located in the same area. The burger toppings include sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. Before you exit, they're is a condiment counter with mayo, ranch, bbq, and ketchup. It's nice to hang out in- especially on hot days. The ambiance is fun. Give this spot a try!

Lol please close this place down. Most stale and rubbery patty I've ever been served. For 18 dollars? Black Tap at Disneyland is nearly the same price for 100x better quality.

the absolute worst customer service and people i’ve ever seen. The older employees are so sweet but the young girls are snobby little POS. I love the vibes in here but the employees at knotts make the experience bad now. The food is served like you’re in a cafeteria it’s gross and way over priced. the employees seem so bored and are just so rude. definitely ruined my knotts experience and it’s not even just coasters.

My girlfriend and I ordered a cheeseburger, chicken tender sandwich, fries, and a boysenberry shake, and it cost us $42. It was $13 alone for the chicken tender sandwich, which is completely ridiculous. To top it all off, the food was about as bland as it could be. There was ZERO salt on the fries, the chicken tender sandwich was super dry, and the cheeseburger didn’t have any flavor whatsoever on top of being severely overcooked. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because it didn’t give us food poisoning and the outside looks fun. Everyone else’s rave opinions on this establishment are coping.

Food is served as cafeteria style. The fries and onion rings are sitting in a metal platter behind the glass. No heat lamp. $17.50 for any plate. No kids meals available. We ordered 2 chicken plates and 2 chili dogs. The chili was not hot enough to melt the cheese on top. The fries were old, and very dry. No amount of ketchup could revive those twigs. The onion rings would have been decent if they were hot. Nope... seved Luke warm. The chicken fingers were semi warm. My daughter said they were tough and dry. And the girl behind the counter said they were fresh. The only good food was the shakes. Would I drop another $100. Here??? NO WAY! There are better options in the park. The over all cleanliness definitely needs work as well. As you walk by the soda fountains, you will notice that your shoes will start sticking to the floor. The staff, while it's slow should work on picking up trash and mopping the floor.
