I will not come to this buffet again. The service is very bad. You have to wait for a long time for the food. You can only order three plates of meat each time, and then the waiter will notify you when 90 minutes have passed

It was alright. Really pricey for what you get, lots of vegetables, lots of upcharges for seafood and typical hotpot staples. Maybe I’m just too familiar with all-you-can-eat hotpot.

The portion size is really big. It may be suitable for men, but it is not easy for women to eat it all. It was delicious and there were many options.

Great place to eat. The food is good and fresh. You get different types of vegetables. I love the variety of mushrooms you receive. My family and I love going there. Also, lots of free parking is available.

Came here for shabu shabu recently. The presentation is on point, I like the three-tier serving tray! It's as if you're having afternoon tea; just replace the pastries and scones with protein and seafood! Each table had built-in induction cooktops to keep the pot boiling. If you prefer outdoor dining and you brought your furry companion, there's additional seating in the dog-friendly patio. They don't force everyone to get their own personal hot pot, but if you want a broth refill there is an additional charge if you choose to share. Broths we tried - White is a short rib and oxtail base. Fairly basic and clean tasting by itself. Red is similar but with chili paste added. It had a little more depth to it and the spice level was tolerable. Their namesake dPot broth (kelp, pollack, anchovy, vegetables) is definitely plain, but not a dealbreaker once you add things to the pot since that adds to the flavor. Protein - American Style Wagyu Beef Galbi Eye was thin slices of very high fat, thoroughly marbled meat. Takes just a couple of seconds swishing it in the broth for it to cook, with the far rendering very quickly. For something that's more lean, choose the Prime Chuck Top Blade. Quality for both was great. The Seafood option (combination of scallops, shrimp, crab, mussels, calamari) was fresh. We were also given fish cake balls, dumplings, and cubes of tofu to boil. Vegetables - a very large serving of healthy things. Napa cabbage, kale, bok choy, corn, onions, kabocha, broccoli, and like three types of mushrooms from what I remember. Sauces - Ponzu was a bit sour. Goma was more pleasant. Udon (thick wheat flour noodles), Kalguksu (hand cut noodles) and Potato Sujebi (hand-pulled dough) were all tasty additions, it just comes down to personal preference. If you're not getting hot pot, they have braised short ribs, army stew, steamed buns, dumplings, and seiro-mushi (Japanese method of steaming meat and vegetables in a wooden box). Prices are just okay. A lot of the things that are complementary at shabu shabu places elsewhere are extra charges here, or nonexistent. And I'd rather go somewhere that has more variety and flexibility in choosing specific ingredients. But I liked it and I wouldn't be opposed to another visit.

Came here for dinner and we were curious and excited to try this place since we tried dPlace earlier. We were able to get in quickly and easily during a Saturday night and the place itself was your typical shabu shabu setup! Service was really quick and helpful, and always around. We had the galbi eye and the top blade meats with the spicy Thai and red (spicy Korean) broths and the sujebi and kalgooksu noodles! The meats were really good quality and were really appetizing. I also liked my broth (Red) and my friend liked his (spicy Thai), but I wasn't a fan of the spicy Thai to be honest! But this was all we needed to order because we were pretty happy and pretty satisfied with our meal -- it was really filling!Great place to eat for all sorts of casual occasions (date, friends, family, etc!)Located in the source, plenty of parking!

I went to dpot on a Thursday night around 7:45 and we luckily didn't have to wait at all! I was pretty surprised that it was that bad for a Thursday night. There are plenty of tables inside and the servers were also really nice and attentive. I liked how each person gets their own pot to choose a soup base and they had five different bases to choose from, I got the White one which is beef base. I also got the Prime Chuck Top Blade. The meat quality was okay but it comes with a nice variety of vegetables and you get to pick a noodle (I chose udon). The noodles weren't too thick and chewey which I liked. The vegetables you get are also refillable! We got two different sauces but I liked the ponzu one. I would recommend this place if you're at the Source!

This is a relatively solid hot pot restaurant in the area. While the pricing is a bit on the higher side in comparison to some other Shabu places - both AYCE and non-ACYE, the food is good and the portions are filling. There are a good amount of ingredients for the hot pot so it's not just a few pieces of cabbage and thin meats floating around. This is one of the few places in the area that offer steam stackers, and I recommend giving these a try. They're on the lighter side in terms of taste, and that's an nice change from the Shabu. The service here is professional. Staff here can be a bit overwhelmed at times due to the number of tables they need to cover, but overall, you can still get what you need. It may just take a couple of reminders. A couple of times, I saw the staff's thumbs stick into the food such as the udon noodles or the side dishes, which isn't the most sanitary. It's one thing to do so for the raw food that will be cooked in the Shabu, but it's another to do so for the prepared items. The restaurant is bright and kept clean. Definitely a big plus.

First time visiting. Plenty of seating during a busy Friday night. Nice decor Ordered the akaushi wagyu set. Overall thought the quality of the meat was above average. Nicely cut and tender. Plenty of veggies that comes with the set. And it's unlimited refill on veggies. The veggies ingredients also were fresh. Soup base a little bland. Overall would recommend. The price is reasonable for the quantity and the quality of the food. Hope to come back again in the future.

I've been here multiple times pre-pandemic and knew the food was good. I was craving hot pot and decided to try this place again hoping the quality did not drop. I was not disappointed. The food was just as good as I remembered it along with the service. The restaurant itself wasn't too packed but there was a small 5-ish minute wait while they prepared the table for my party of three. I got their Prime Chuck Top Blade with their Red soup and ramen noodles. I personally enjoy when my meat slices are ultra thin, and these were! The pieces weren't fatty and you can tell they sourced quality meats. The soup base had a kick of spicy but wasn't over the top spicy. I do wish they had more broth varieties We all got individual pots so we had unlimited veggies to order as well. They have a huge variety in their trays- from tofu, fish cakes, greens, mushrooms, and other sides. They also served ice water or warm barley tea. Servers were very kind and would check on tables frequently to see if you need broth refill or more veggies. Our meals came out to roughly $36 per person (including tip) which feels a bit pricier, but everywhere else has also gone up in price these days, that I am at least grateful the quality food seemed worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to people who enjoy Jazzcat, Kokumi, or Mokkoji. They're located on the third level diagonally across from the 4D movie theater in The Source. Plenty of parking in the structure. I recommend parking on D4, but spots will be highly sought after if you're aiming for near the elevator/entrance.

2/5Came here on Saturday night around 9pm with a group of 4 people but no wait. Pros:- clean and spacious interior- nutrition balance: each hotpot tower comes with the choice of your meat, and carb, and VEGGIES. - meat quality was good, as well as the amount of meat. Got the prime chunk too blade set and it was good- for the broth: sausage & spam one is like a budaejigae style, taste pretty good. The white one is too plain. - pork belly kimchi pancake taste good! - huge parking construction Cons:- THEY CHARGE FOR EXTRA SOUP. This is kinda unacceptable to me for a hotpot place. I wish they could have stated it somewhere obvious on the menu. Definitely a red flag :/ I wouldn't get hotpot if I know I need to pay to refill my soup. Won't come back.

I came here a while back ago when they had the open buffet inside which is why I liked it so much. I wasn’t a fan this time around. The red soup base was too salty and it was a little pricey compared to what you get. I do like the porridge at the end though and the guy who helped us was great.
