NEVER NEVER hang the dirty rugs to the hand rails if the dining room still open! That is disgusting and not safe. Also PLEASE pay attention to your costumer’s ordered items instead of rushing to go home! My salad dressing & salsa roja are missing!

The worst service ever the drive through doesn't close tell 11 its about 10:30pm I sat there for 10 minutes to order my food and not one person took my order.So I drive up to the window and the employee are just cleaning up when they aren't closed yet. Why have hours if you don't follow them.

This spot is in super competitive spot with a nearby drive thru In and Out Burger, so you might need to get to the drive through faster by entering the end of the plaza that leads to the dialysis center from the Valley View side. Got a family meal 12 piece mixed , this comes with your choice of three sides ( i got rice, sweet corn and beans). Also comes with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Wanted to try the pork carnitas tacos but I think I didn't enjoy them. They also were topped with avocado and a cilantro onion mix. They were not bad but not as tasty as I hoped. Very impressed by the gentleman who handed me my order : he double checked it before sending me off, and also gave extra salsa on request. I could have asked for more though, they use the smaller condiments containers. House salsa and creamy green sauce are my go to for the meal.
I will never eat there again. So many times I get El Pollo burnt burnt chickens it would seem with two and a half stars the manager should be replaced cuz they never get a hold of me to replace the burnt chicken. I got so many times.

It's not the first time I had delivery from this location. It will be my last. Of course the food was good but I didn't get half my order. It comes in a sealed bag so I know the driver didn't forget it. Then you try and let someone know and that's impossible so I just eat the money I lost and not order from them again. Just check ur order
