Food is always very good. Service this time was so-so. My husband and I got our meals about five minutes apart. Mine was served first. The cashier came and took our number after my food was served, before my husband's was served. We told her he didn't have his food yet. She said, "it's ok." A few minutes later, a server was walking around with a tray of food. He didn't know where to go because our number was gone. We waved him down thinking that might be my husband's food. He asked what our number was, which we didn't know because the cashier took it. It all worked out, but it was awkward for everyone. The cashier should have just left our number. Also, I don't know if it's the fryer or what, but the alarm that sounds quite frequently is ear-piercingly loud. Really made sitting in the restaurant unpleasant. We'll happily go back, however, because the food is very good.

When I arrived I thought the building was closed. I almost left, however i saw someone walk out of the front door so I knew it was open. The juke box was missing, spanish music and some bad rap was playing. It's definitely not good old American classic songs playing from the juke box like it use to be. The burgers were not juicy and flavorful like they use to be.I've tried this location a few times and everytime it's the same ol story. Even though this location is the nearest one to me I will no longer be going to this run down location.Although the jukebox is gone atleast play the music they are supposed to be playing. I'm sure it's in the franchise regulations. Also bring back the original juicy, flavorful burgers.Parking: Tiny parking lot and narrow spotsWheelchair accessibility: Yes. Wheel chair accessories to get in and sit is available

Finally found a Fatburger location. Just like the good ol days. Egg on! Owner is super friendly. Inside is very clean. Great corner view of La Palma and Stanton.

I've been going to fat Burger since the late 70s. From Downtown LA to ELA I've never had a bad experience. No matter when the subject of burgers comes up, I will ALWAYS recommend FAT BURGER as being the absolute best. However tonight I stopped in Anaheim to eat there. Granted I haven't been to a fat Burger for about 3 years. The price has gone up by about five dollars for the most simple burger. I paid 21 dollars for a burger that was sloppy and tasteless. The skinny fries are no longer skinny. They're cheap short frozen type fries u buy at the market for a $1.99 by the bag. But my real problem today was spending $21 dollars and not even getting full. The quality of the food has significantly dropped. After finishing my meal, I felt like I threw my money away. Perhaps it was only this location that's turned upside down. I might try another location someday, but you just lost a lifetime customer and advertising by word of mouth. The burgers I get at jack/Box or Carl's jr are better than what I ate here. And that's not saying much. But don't feel bad about my review, King Taco, a historic Mexican food chain has done the same thing. Small portions, no flavor and higher prices. I'm more sad that FAT BURGER has just killed my most favorite burger place of all time. Best wishes to fat Burger, because this is what happens when billionaires get greedy. RIP FAT BURGER.

I was welcomed by the staff felt real friendly. Burger was real good and tasted fresh. I got the fat fries and they come plain so if you like salt on them make sure to get some. I ordered to go and traveled about 10 mins and the burger and fries were still nice and warm. You have to go inside and it’s made to order right in front of you. I’ll differently be back to try the skinny fries and a milk shake.
