This place has typically been decent food for an alright price. However, today I was served the salmon bowl (which I have gotten many times and it has been just fine) except this time the rice was inedibly dry, undercooked, or otherwise prepared wrong. It was crystal clear this was the case. So I graciously ordered a side of rice (which was fine) and was silent till the end of the meal, where I tried to kindly inform her the rice was bad. She simply dismissed me and said if you don’t like it, you can order the rice on the side next time. I tried explaining twice more, and she was passive aggressive and carried a tone that made it clear she did not believe me at all. Truly awful.

The regular ramen is so delicious. Especially, the broth is rich in flavor. The rolls we had together are also tasty, and the staff are friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

Place is ok, there are so many better places though! I would eat here if I didn’t want to go out too far. Black garlic ramen was seriously lacking flavor but the udon was good. Sushi was standard and the hoedeopbap was tasty, just didn’t have much fish. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but service was poor. Girl was trying to talk to me across a loud room and ordering was slow. It was only her working this particular evening so it might have been overwhelming. We were told at 9:10 that they closed at 9:15 (nicely told us to gtfo), but we were confused because google says they close at 9:30. Didn’t matter too much because we were about done anyways. Despite the negatives, definitely give it a try, palettes are always different. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t come here again, could’ve been a one-off night and I always like to give establishments another shot.

This was the 1st time visit to this place. I had a Black garlic tonkotsu ramen combo with California roll. The food was great, but the soup was a little salty as advised by my friend before i ordered. The service was fast and enjoyed the food.

Was a little under the weather so ordered Ramen delivered. Wasn't expecting much since the restaurant is called Giant Ramen...HOWEVER this is one of the best ramen joints I have tried in California! Spicy ramen had rich flavor without being to heavy, veggies were fresh and the egg mind blowing. Can't wait to visit in person!___________________________________Back again within the week! Even better in person. Quick service and great food! Might be my new go-to in the area. I recommend paying in cash since you get free ice cream!

Oh my God, this is the BEST Ramon noodle place I have EVER had. It just hit the spot. With the weather is getting colder, I so recommend this little quant place for a nice hot bowl of Ramon soup ?. The flavors were amazing ?. AND,, if you pay in cash, you get free ice cream ??☺️.
