It was my favorite fast food until I took a bite of one of the chicken legs and it was very undercooked. I thought I was being delusional and I tried popping in the air fryer hoping it would make a difference (it didnt do shit) so I took it back for a refund but they said i already ate too much of it when it wasn't even me. HOW RUDE!!

I will never return to this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 12 piece chicken bucket with all dark meat. I noticed on the receipt that it said spicy chicken but my daughter can’t eat spicy so when the drive- through cashier Diana was going to give me the food I told her that I need a regular sandwich not spicy. She then paused and had a look on her face as if she was upset. She then just took the food and closed the window like she had an attitude. When she came back and gave me the food I told her thank you and said that she shouldn’t have an attitude just because I asked her to change my order. She then was very defensive and went back and forth with me about what I said. After a couple of minutes of going back and forth I told her to have a good day. Of course when I got home they gave me chicken breast when I clearly ordered all dark meat.

Place near Knott's Berry farm. We were hungry so we stopped by to eat. Place was filthy counter top, floor, tables. Workers were less than courteous.
