My phone battery was out, so I came here and placed an order to go.The staff who took my order was very unfriendly. So.. I told him to be kind to people in a nice way.he just said What What, what. ? His attitude was bad.He pretended not to understand English or korean.I didn't trust the food prepared by that kind of employee. So I canceled it.The chicken I ordered last time was hard and dry. It looked like someone had refried leftover chicken from other customers.I haven't been here since.and I went to yesterday.Please train your staff. They don't have basic concepts. Service is important in the chicken business. Just like a person who grew up without receiving basic training.From the way he spoke when taking orders, he was rude and harsh, and deliberately pretended not to understand the alumni's answer. I felt the urge to hit him. (I felt like I was proving the common belief that Koreans in California are low-class, as I saw the clueless employee yesterday.)Last time, most of the chicken was hard and dry, so I fried up the leftover chicken and didn't go there since then.There are a lot of new Korean chicken restaurants that have opened up, so I ordered there on the weekend.I happened to order here again a few months ago.The female and male staff were all friendly and the chicken was in good condition, so I went back late yesterday.In today's times, pay attention to basic customer service and hygiene.It's not North Korea. Please run it properly so as not to deteriorate the quality of life of local people.

Excellent Korean fried chicken at reasonable prices. Always busy here but never a wait. We also love the corn cheese, which is about as apt a name for a dish as there ever has been. Our favorite wing flavors are the soy and the sweet and sour. You can only order by the dozen so be prepared for leftovers if you order more than one flavor.

I always come here have been for the past year, anyways I came here on Jan 25th a Thursday around 7 pm, 2 guys were working the front counter. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THEIR RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL especially the skinny one with thin glasses and straight hair. When I asked for his name he said it was Brian doubt it's true. I had to get up to ask for napkins, another beer, my check. To top it all off I forgot my medication on my table I went back right away and the guy told me everything is in the trash I have to go through it myself. He didn't offer me gloves or anything so I took the trash to the restroom sorted through all of it untill I found my stuff. Keep in mind I come here all the time and the staff is okay not the best service but this guy was such an A hole. Last thing before the trash situation I asked to speak with the cook (I always tip who makes my food) both dudes looked at like I was crazy and told me they don't have chefs the chef doesn't do anything but dip the chicken it's not a hard job. As if that was gonna make me give them my change YEA RIGHT. DONT GO HERE SERVICE SUCKS AND IF YOU DONT TIP THEY WILL MAKE SURE THEY LET YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO ! DONT GO HERE. WASTE OF TIME

It was Christmas day weekend and had a party at a friend's and needed some food for kids. The only Korean chicken place answering our call was this place, so we ordered by phone and came back later to pick up our order. We ordered 20 pc. soy sauce chicken wings and 1 original fried chicken. Kids loved them and all was gone in 20 min.
