Great chicken, been to the LA location a few other times. Less fast paced and much easier to park! I do think the service was lacking a bit but still good

Chicken was fine. Service was good. The place is kinda small if you want to dine in with a larger group. Ample parking too. With so many kfc places, they might want to step up their game.

Easily a 5-star place, enjoyed everything about them. Food: Mini tier list incoming: S-tier: bb.q Chicken Convoy and now Kyochon Buena Park A-tier: Bonchon Convoy, Cross Street Convoy, Golden Chopsticks/Mandarin B-tier: Krispy Krunchy Chicken We could not be more delighted with our meal! The food was made to order so it came out hot and fresh. The mozzarella sticks had a great coat and long cheese pull. The boneless honey wings were a perfect sweet and salty, with such amazing texture from the double fry. Same for the bone-in wings, great crisp with the skin and soft meat inside; the red sauce is actually spicy rather than the sweet-spicy you may find with Korean dishes. We can't forget the huge portions for a good price; we had leftovers for dinner. Despite the ever-increasing chicken spots in San Diego, someone franchise here please! Service: Mr. Kim welcomed us in, took our order giving us ample time and info to choose our food. We chatted a bit while the cooks made the food, so the 15-20 minute wait went by quick. Down to earth dude who had to work New Year's Eve and the New Year day. Applause you my guy. Additionally, the cook staff was very friendly, offering a sample of their chicken strip while we waited. Atmosphere: Not too busy for Tuesday lunch, just a few to-go orders while we dined in. Dog friendly patio was a plus! Clean dining area indoors and out, bathroom included. Chill music as well. Passed the vibe check.

Went to this location for the 1st time yesterday. Wings were excellent and nice and juicy with great flavor. Had wedges which were also super crunchy and fresh. Plenty of room to eat inside and it was very clean as well. Staff was friendly too. I would give it a 5 star except a bit expensive. Either way, I will go back!

Did to go at Thanksgiving and honey wings were ok but those soy garlic wings the batter was totally different it was like a friend chicken from Vons or Ralphs lmao. Definitely the cook made some kind of mistake in batter. I literally just threw away 2 large soy wing, not exaggerating, it was that bad. And the kid gave me 3 puny raddish when I ordered $140 smh.

Wow the other reviews are terrible. I’m surprised I tried this place out. I needed some quick take out food and other options nearby seemed they would take longer.Anyways I got half half soy and red wings. For around $18 for 12 wings I believe. There is a deal 20% off ordering for pickup on their website too. $5 for potato wedges. And in store follow their Instagram page for free fries. The chicken was okay. Maybe I don’t order the right things. I wanted to like it. Extra crispy might’ve been better. The soy glaze was not flavorful too subtle. The red sauce was also underwhelming but better ! Potato wedges were good. They charge for sauce. But ketchup included. The fries were nice fresh and crisp.Guy working inside was super nice. Good service I would say. Very helpful. The place inside is small and very clean. Kpop playing on the tv. Clean bathroom.Parking free and shared with the rest of the plaza.

I came here to eat Kyochon chicken for the first time since I came to the US. Unfortunately, I came to eat it because I was very hungry, so I didn't take any pictures. But the size of the chicken was bigger than when I ate it in Korea. There were 4 of us, and we got three flavors of honey, soy, and red, XL size, and a 2L pepsi. I ordered and ate everything deliciously. Since it was cooked right after ordering, it took a bit of time, but I was able to enjoy it while I was at it. (There is only one bathroom and it is shared by both men and women.)

I love their Korean fried chicken because it's a lot less oily than other places. Their breading is not as thick and they don't overflow their chicken with sauce. This place is conveniently located near a couple Korean grocery stores and there is lots of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. Definitely coming back for more.

I am happy to find this Kyocho location in Buena Park. KYOCHON IS the only ones I know that serve healthy and delicious Korean fried chicken (KFC). I can taste the premium quality chicken, and it's less oily with the perfect amount of sauce--the flavor even penetrates the chicken. We ordered their soy garlic wings, red wings, honey wings, real chicken, and sweet & tangy chicken H/H. They were all tasty, juicy, tender, and super crispy. I also tried their amazing Kimchi fried rice and butter fried rice, both super fresh and tasty. Another good thing about them is they offering more than just wings, for example sides like Mozzarella sticks and main dishes like fried rice. This location opened just three years ago, the store has a nice modern style, is bright, and very clean. Since everything is made fresh, the wait can be around 20 minutes, but it's worth it. I left very satisfied with my food. The staff work really hard and being friendly. Plenty parking in the spacious plaza. Solid 5 stars--I can't wait to come back to try more wings and other dishes.

Ordered: I got the Large Crispy Wing. There is a total of 16 pieces, mix of drumsticks and wings. It also comes with the White Radish Kimchi and Sauce of your choice. Taste: The drumsticks and wings were very crispy. I loved the crispy skin and the chicken was very juicy without a lot of chicken fat. These are are on the smaller side compared to other places I've tried but I don't mind at all. Their chicken is non-GMO, free-range, fresh and non-frozen chicken and fried in Canola Oil. You get what you paid for - quality chicken. Sauce: You really don't need sauce with these wings but I tried Ranch and their signature Kyochon Red sauce. The Kyochon Red sauce was very spicy. If you can handle the spice, I would recommend that you mix it with the Ranch. The Ranch sauce is Newman's Own Ranch Dressing. Customer Service: The guy on the phone was kind and helpful. He answered all my questions about the number of pieces of chicken you get, what sauce would go best if I was to choose one, and repeated back my order for confirmation.

Never fails to satisfy! The Honey wings are the best. The cashier is very polite and always shows gratitude. The seating area isnt bad but getting it to go is way better.

I pick up my order and went home. I took a bite and realized the meat was uncooked. Called them to make complaint but they didn't care and don't even say sorry. Just said they will make refund. A business who really don't care about customer satisfaction.
