I usually go to this Michoacana even though I live 20 mins away from it it’s my fav when it comes to getting ice cream. Today I went in and there were 2 girls working the one with glasses and the other girl with red sweater they were super rude talking about how tired they were and that they want to start cleaning early to so people can leave faster the girl with the glasses was rubbing her eyes with no gloves and still went and got her hands on the ice cream?

I'm a sucker for Esquite! Their version is amazingly flavorful and tasty. The mamey ice cream is delish! Staff were friendly and eager to help! It gets busy but it's all worth the wait!

This place is super unorganized and way under staffed. Seems like whoever owns this place is too cheap to pay for more staff. There's also no organized line but it seems like it's the people who come here often that do whatever they want. I'm currently waiting in line with 6 other groups and there's only 1 girl working while the other lady is in the back. OWNER- GET MORE STAFF!!! There's only one girl doing EVERYTHING. I've been waiting now for 30mins. I got here at 8pm on a Saturday. And now some guy is here picking up something so the entire line has to wait even more while they accommodate this online order. Get this place more staff!!!!! The poor girl is doing all of it for I'm sure minimum wage or probably less.

This place is a cute spot to get a treat. Many great choices to pick from. The only reason why I give it a 4 star is because I've gonna multiple time between 8-9 and they never have the corn. I think they put it away just to get ahead on the cleaning.

Stopped by after our knotts trip this past Friday! And OMG the ice cream was the best! Also had the mango loco which was really good as well! Cute little spot to have a nice treat. Fast customer service. The staff were sweet.

Service 5/5. Food 5/5.We ordered the Pina Colada drink, Pepino/lime drink, mango ice cream and coconut ice cream. Sweet enough and coconut was creamy. Definitely a must.

The ice cream here is fantastic, the selection & price is amazing! The service is good but they could use more help. We went on a Tuesday evening and the line was almost out the door! Forget Baskin & Robbins, this store is the best!

not sure where my review went but don't come here for fresas con crema, they use bitter frozen strawberries. Gave me a stomach ache. I gave them a second chance with them but they continue to use frozen old strawberries. Can't speak for anything else tho
