Horrible experience. Weather was slightly rainy, and the entire park was pretty much closed other than two or three shops. We traveled from out of state to come and experience the boysenberry festival, and was not even able to do anything related to the festival. At the gate entrance they told us the park may close early due to rain, but didn't even bother to tell us that more than half the park was closed. When we were inside, none of the employees seem to know what was going on. Other than a lot of people called out or no showed due to weather. We paid extra from the hotel to get a package for the festival as well as tickets and we're not even refunded due to lack of service because employees couldn't be bothered to show up. Honestly would much rather go to Disneyland. They wouldn't close unless it was hurricane scale weather not just a slight drizzle.

The Boysenberry festival is back! Still a kid at heart. The wifey and I spent a day at the park. hang time and silver bullet were our favorites. The train robbers are entertaining bringing the old west back to life. Good ole fashioned fun.

Definitely not coming back, overall the wait times are ridiculous and completely ruined our vacation trip. This place needs to figure out their wait times, 2-3 hours for a ride is more of a hassle compared to to an enjoying outing with the family. Highly don't recommend this place

Like basically all amusement parks, this place is a toilet. But it has the distinction of being filled with inconsiderate, self-entitled (and gross) people. Line jumping is ubiquitous. At the shows people hold seats for people in their party who are late or not coming. They argue with the staff over it. Its just wall to wall a**holes. Save your money. This is humanity at its worst. No taste. No class.

Waited half hour for Ghost Rider and then it was, "temporarily closed." Went to Silver Bullet and waited fifteen minutes before they announced it was "closed indefinitely". First hour at the park a big waste of time!!! How do I get my money back!?! NINE of the park rides are closed. Don't bother spending your money to come here. FYI, when we were finally able to go on Ghost Rider the line was 3 HOURS 45 MINUTES long, although the app said 3 hours, and that was only because a ride operator took pity on us and let us go before some Fast Pass guests. Two different workers told us ever since they started selling single ride fast pass tickets, the lines for those without don't move. They apologized and said they feel bad about it. HOW GREEDY CAN THE PARK OWNERS BE! JUST ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE YOU $$$$$$$$! Knott's used to be for the average family, now it's all about if you don't upgrade and spend, spend, spend, you don't ride the rides. If you are going for "Boysenberry Days", good luck with that. The park, inside and out, has been out the original preserves since it started.

Pluses: cute shops, eateries, and some fun rides. Minuses: difficult to get answers about accommodations, park doesn't handle large crowds well.

Knott's has really gone down hill. 2 hour wait customer service. 2 hour wait for almost every single ride. I waited an hour and 20 minutes in line for a funnel cake. There were two other funnel cake location that were both closed. Everything is closed. It is all a scam. They sell passes for 99 bucks to get every single California resident to buy one, and they are over-crowded every single day. Waiting two hours in line for a ride is not worth it at Knott's. Forget it...if I have to spend that much time in lines, I'm going to Disney!

Love Knott's Berry Farm. It's one of a kind in the whole country. The food is better here compared to other theme parks, they have many rides but it might be time for a new addition. The prices have gone up in the last few years, it used to be the most affordable theme park. The park is clean and safe. I love going this time of the year during the boysenberry festival. The sell a lot of special foods that you won't find any other time do the year. The boysenberry wings, boysenberry beer tasting flights, cocktails, punch, pies and much more. It's a fun time to be here.

Worst place to eat 2 hr wait just to get 2 slices of pizza and to get chicken at sitters. You go there to get on rides not to waste time trying to get something to eat . This is bad business

I have had season passes to this park for 5 years, and this place does not disappoint. It has the best festivals, food. And Drinks (I recommend boysenberry punch), and rides. My favorite is ghost rider but xcelarator is great too. I hope you check this place out because it is great.

First time at Knottberry farm, so POV is a newbie. Buy tickets online or be prepared to pay a premium at the Park. The entrance lines were a little chaotic - there was a holdup in my line because the ticket holder did not have the same address as the purchaser. Food is reasonably priced in lots of variety, alcohol is overpriced; F&B lines were all reasonable. The lines for level four and five "thrill" were about one hour. Sadly, it seemed that the kids were better behaved than the adults when it came to cutting/jumping to the front of the line.

A good place to take your family has a lot of stuff to do with the Kids enjoy going there three times a month or more. Sometimes it depends on my schedule from Work . My boys love going there it's affordable. My son likes riding the airplanes and the bus and the trucks they have there.

Long lines, like extremely long. Food 10$ for a sprite. Terrible prices. Food ok just not for the price
