I was quite disappointed. The bingsoo is alright, but the strawberries were frozen and really sour. I only wanted 2 taiyakis but had to buy 5 and even then the matcha flavor was grainy, the Nutella didn't taste great, and the only good one was the red bean flavor. The workers were also rude to my friend who just wanted to ask questions.

Really good bingsu! Usually when I go to bingsu places they add red bean only on the top but here there is another layer of it buried underneath. The ddeok (rice cake) inside was also really good. Highly recommend!

I ordered espresso coffee and 5 bungeoppang, but they gave me espresso in a small cup with red bean shaved ice and no lid?! They say they have never served espresso in a coffee cup before. Is this correct??! The red beans inside the bungeobbang are soggy and the bread is soggy. If I could give 0 points, I would give it 0 points.

The Cashier was just looking at her phone. She was not willing take my orders. When I asked her if I can place an order, she gave me a look then she seemed very bothered and reluctant to take the order. As soon as the payment was done she sat back and looking at her phone again. The only person who was doing all the job was the KRN lady .. I received a wrong order and asked for a refund, but they kicked me out, saying they couldn't refund because I didn't know the password and that they were calling the security guard. I ordered 7 cups of Americano coffee, but they were all very bland and tasteless.I asked for an extra shot.I said I couldn't do that, so I used manners.When I asked them to call me, they said they didn't have a manager and told me to call the phone number on the receipt, which I couldn't reach.AndThe absurdity of calling security and trying to kick out a customer after making a complaint.I had an experience.The guards came and asked me to leave.We pay as guestsWhen I came, I asked why I was leaving and asked my boss to come, and the boss came and talked to the employee and then left.This is a place I never want to go back to.I absolutely do not recommend this place as it is tasteless and the service is very poor.And the customer said the coffee was too bland, so he asked to add a little water.Even if you do, you have to follow the manual.They say they can't do thatThis is a place where employees have nothing to say.

First of all, as you walk in there was newspaper all over the floor and no one cleans it up….Tried affogato….. unfortunately I cannot believe people can make affogato taste this bad…. It should be coming with espresso instead it came with a water down americano coffee. The water down coffee taste like cheap Folgers. Feel bad for people just to go here and get coffee…. There were people asking the cashier to remake coffee cuz it does not taste right and the cashier kids refused and called security on the customer…. In addition Takayi on a Saturday they only make 1 flavor… sorry maybe management should consider proper training of your employee and also spend some budget in your food quality.
