I was so excited when I found this local roaster on Yelp, and to my surprise, Pacific Beans completely exceeded my expectations! To give you some background on my coffee preferences, I love purchasing single-origin coffee beans to make pour overs at home using my Hario V60. I usually buy online from highly reputable roasters such as Onyx Coffee Lab and Black and White Roasters. It is coffee that the boss, who is a coffee taster, carefully selects green beans from each production region, and delivers them with love and maturity with freshly roasted beans. Currently Google maps still lists Pacific Beans & Coffee as a coffee shop but it's now only a retail and wholesale roaster.It's hard to know the quality of the beans without trying them first. Ideally recommend a coffee shop that does proudly brew your coffee.
