Don't order via their app and have it ready for pickup cause I noticed the portions are even smaller when you're not there in person. Food taste good, but the portions they provide is terrible. Don’t bother ordering ahead, they’ll gladly make you wait another 20 minutes for a simple 3 item order, then manage to STILL give you lukewarm food.

This place is unprepared, no rice, no chow mein, everyone waiting, when done they just throw your stuff in a bag with no fortune cookies or anything, because they are behind. This place is notorious for getting your order wrong, they don’t listen and when you correct them, they still get it wrong. Always check order before you leave.

I like this shop for its delicious Chinese food. I have visited it more than three times. My favorite dish is the orange chicken with rice bowl. All the staff are very polite and easy to approach if we have any questions. They have only 12 tables, which can accommodate around 20 people. It is cheaper compared to other shops. My kids always enjoy the orange chicken.

Hit or miss. Half the time the portions are good, half the time they are not. Expect to stand in line staring into space while the workers fulfill online orders in front of you. Sometimes the wait is pretty bad.

Only one dish, the teriyaki chicken, looks clean and neat, but unfortunately, it's often over-sugared, even before adding any sauce. Wow I was pretty surprised by most of the reviews. My 2 "complaints" (Not complaints. Just minor improvements that may be needed), are the chicken egg rolls don't have much flavor and the portions seemed smaller the second time around. Other than that I haven't really had any issues with the food or the service here. The line was longer than usual, but the panda express employees got through the orders pretty quickly. I do appreciate the heros discount, as any little bit helps. Never have had a bad experience here. Just the chicken egg rolls need to be improved, but that's upper management's responsibility to take on with the chefs that come up with the recipe. Enjoy!!!

Food taste pretty similar to all Panda Express so this review is for service and portion size.Just picked up 3 plates with two sides and two entrees and it's literally the half of what I usually get at other Panda Express. There was no discount or coupon I was using and still got half my meal. The lady was busy looking at some online order that had just come, and kept saying "what would you like" without looking at me. I was waiting for her finish ready so I could place my order, because I didn't want her to get my order wrong. When she kept repeating herself, I told her my order and behold - she got the order wrong. I corrected her and I could see that she didn't like that. There were only two more people behind me, so it was NOT the rush hour. The lady sounded pretty rude and tired. This store closes at 10pm and it's only 8:30 pm so I'm not sure if she was ready to go home or whatever be the excuse. Please consider going to Panda Express at 5353 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630 for correct portion size and it's only 8 min from this location. The only reason I didn't go to Katella location is because they close at 8:30pm on Sundays. Hopefully I don't have to come back here again!
