Wife Had tuna salad and tuna was bad. I tasted it and it didn’t seem right. It tasted bad but wife said she wasn’t hungry and she was sick later that evening.Went back the next day and the manager wouldn’t even talk to us. I told the cashier to check the cameras and they could see what was going on. She was annoyed I even said something. When we stay at hotel next to this place we will usually get something to eat here. I told hotel about the really bad treatment from this restaurant. Our family will not ever eat here again, mainly for the reason the manager blew us off.Guess this is the customer service at this place now. Pauls place has gone down hill.

Food portion is so big, set of Greek omelette with regular coffee, avocado slices are fresh, brown mash is crispy, and the service is good too, and full of Easter festival decoration.

I go to this place about 3 times a week lately. Oddly I’m a vegetarian, but they do have a meal for me, but I have to build it myself.most of the time it’s 100% right . I don’t eat scrambled eggs so they always have boiled for me. It’s like the only place in the city that does this for me. Sometimes it’s different but still great food. I’m always full when I leave . However I do have a request but everything is fine as it is . I’d like to request for Paul’s Place to put my vegetarian breakfast on the menu thank you so much in advance if you do appreciate the good cooking if you don’t.Vegetarian options: The food is really good honestly, anything you order without meat is going to be good. I’d even say the burgers substitute with onion zucchini instead of meat.
The pastrami sandwich was awful the bread was so soggie you couldn't eat it I took it back up to counter and was told that's how it is they didn't offer a solution or to even put it on another bun and she was laughing when she said that's how it's made.. I won't be going back ever.

We stopped going here about five years ago. They were always out of fried mushrooms that were our favorite. I'm glad we finally went back. People say this location is so much better than the Cypress or Los Alamitos locations. It seems they are correct. Amazingly great food and the service was fast despite a restaurant full of diners. I am impressed and my guests love the burgers, the sandwiches and sides.
