Spent $158 before tip and the manager samantha wouldn't comp any dipping sauce. We ordered 36 wings and they don't come with any sauce. I was in a spot and had to just order, but will not be using Pizza Hut again. If their policy is that sauce is extra when you order wings which always have sauce and then you spend a fair amount of money and the customer service skills are nothing they don't earn my company's business again.

Tried the new PIZZA MELT ("Meat lover" but I took out the bacon, ham, and pork) today. Honestly, I think I came into with too high of an expectation. I was hoping to indulge in a hot, melting, cheese pulley type of sandwich. Something like a hot pocket but better and bigger. As you can tell from the picture it was nothing close to that. It was pretty salty and a bit hard. Oh wells, tried it and now I know never to order it again. I gave it a 3 star because I like their pizza. Oh, I would also like to note that ranch is $1.00 for a small dipping sauce. Big RIP OFF!

I ordered cheese pizza without sauce today from Pizza Hut in Lakewood (12602 Del Amo Blvd). For the 4th time in the last couple of months I get it with sauce. I had to drive back everytime to get a replacement. All I get in return is, "I"m sorry", as if it will pay for my time and gas taking double trips. I don't know why they can't make a simple pizza right everytime. I'd say, dumb personnel making the same mistake so many times and can't learn anything because it doesn't cost them anything. I'm not going back to that place again, after 20 years or so.Lyster

Food taste fine, a little cheap with the toppings, but what got them zero stars is the service fee. I picked up my pizza and got a service fee higher than my tax. Service fee was higher than a pizza!!!!! If you don't believe me check out my pic. Just a matter of time the staff does something about their tips being less because of the service fee.

I was in the mood for pizza. So I had to hit up my local Pizza Hut. I had the pleasure of meeting the store manger Rodrigo he was quick to help me and provide great customer service. My pizza was hot fresh and delicious. I will continue coming here because this Pizza Hut it's always clean.

Ordered food via their app and I didn't have to sign up either- good feature if you just eat here 1 time a year. They had my pizza ready at the moment I arrived for pick up and quick service, too. Would return here again :)

Came here several times. Morning, noon, afternoon, nighttime. They're closed all the time. They say they're open 9am to 5:30 pm but that's far from the truth.

When we order food from established franchises like pizza hut, we pretty much know what to expect from the product we will consume. What separates them from the rest now is the service that they provide. Heres my story. Two nights ago, my son and I came back from a 6hour drive. We were tired, hungry and feeling under the weather. My son asked if I could order him pizza. Long story short, I ordered fr pizzahut but I accidentally entered the wrong address. It went to this store, which is about 20mins away fr my house. To make it worse, we only found out about the mistake when they already delivered to the wrong address. Oscar, the delivery guy, without hesistation, late at night, called me and said he will just ask permission fr his office to deliver at the right address (which is not within their area). Within 30mins, he was at my door, carrying our pizza. If that is not going above and beyond, I dont know what is. So thank you, Oscar, for being understanding and kind. Thank you to the management for not making a fuss. Oftentimes, we complain about the bad services that we get. Its just appropriate to show some gratitude for a job well done.

Waited 15 minutes in the store. No one working the counter? Left, went across the street to Arbys, no problem! No waiting! No mo pizza hut for me, EVER

My second time coming here for breadsticks. They have a sign as you approach the door about low staff. Asking for customer patience which I appreciated so I don't go in thinking I'll be promptly serviced. I'm not unreadable, were all human and it's tough Covid times where no one wants to work. I walk in. Look around. I see three red signs about a mandatory service fee. Doesn't indicate how much so I was curious. Regina came to assist me with my order. She was busy but still provided good service. Informed me my two breadsticks and Cinnabon order would be about 15mins. I did in fact receive my order in the time promised. She provided great service and a good attitude. Delicious. My happy place.
