Opening night I was the last customer in drive thru trying to support local business. They shorted me extra box of biscuits paid for and all biscuits with family of 6 orders. Found out when got home after waiting 35 minutes trapped in drive thru.

The guy at the front had some sort of hearing problem when I asked him a question and had to take out his airpod to hear me. Once I asked him he spoke in the lowest voice possible, I've taken farts and shits louder than this guys voice. I asked for no pickles and got them and Immediately wanted to throw them at him. On top of that the macorroni tasted like the heated swampass. SHAKING MY HEAD.

Never in stock for chicken sandwich and employees are not hospitable. They take a long time just to take orders and their chicken is not heated.

Went to Popeyes and this is the worst restaurant around. The first time I went there literally everything I asked for was out of stock. They didn't have strawberry lemonade they didn't sauce they didn't have coke? What kind of place doesn't have anything why even be open. Went again thinking ok this time it will be better. The line in drive through took so long there was no one inside and we waited in line for like 20 minutes for them to say they didn't have pickles they didn't have sauce. I absolutely do not recommend this Popeyes what so ever! They really need to get it together! And then the young kids they have working there are very rude and just don't care! Never going back!

Not one to make reviews but honestly such bad service the guys was inattentive and they gave me the wrong order I specifically ordered chicken tenders and was given something else. Never coming back to this popeyes

This location took care of my wife and I they make the chicken fresh cook to prefer so don't expect fast food speed only hot and fresh food.

Wanted chicken for lunch today and this Popeyes was the only one close to my job. My boyfriend and I order and they don't have anything. I ordered two 2 piece (breast and wing) and they gave us a thigh a leg and a wing thinking I'd be happy right? Noooo the chicken looked really dry & old not only that as I bite into it the biscuit I see a bug in it! Sick to my stomach it's never happened to me before (luckily before today) at first the cashier stated it wasn't a bug!? And I thought am I delusional so I take a look at the biscuit again and sure enough! Instead of cussing his a** out for making feel like an idiot I just asked for a refund. Won't be eating at that Popeyes at The Source in Buena Park
Don't disrespect the Popeyes brand. Please keep everything fresh.

Drive thru was a headache. Waited for almost 30 mins on the drive thru. Line was super long and was moving so slow. It was insane. A worker came out and checked the line. Didn't even care

For some reason, this Popeyes doesn't cook chicken until you order it! Which means you're waiting at least 20 - 25 minutes for any meal you order.I'm at the Source at least 2 or 3 times a month and I would eat here almost every time if this wasn't the case. It's not "fast food" if we have to wait 25 minutes for you to cook it. Its been like this for the past 3 years.Sell this restaurant to someone who knows how to run a chicken spot. Thanks.

iss not even popeyes. don't recommend AT ALL!! the cashier had really bad customer service. i asked for sauce since other Popeyes allow us to get more than two sauces but he told me i could only get two. i ordered 2 popcorn chickens and a chicken combo....also the guy told me they don't sell any sandwiches or some combos that are in the menu. uh my question is why is the menu up then? hopefully this place runs out of business and leaves the Source OC food court and a new food place opens up. hopefully another delicious korean cuisine instead of this disgusting chicken place.
