This place is a must! Everything here is delicious. Salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, italian beef sandwiches are a must. Chocolate cake and the tiramisu cake are delicious. Trust me, this place never disappoints. Even the ice-cold beers here are awesome. Love this place and the customer service here. Sandra is always very nice and helpful. I've been coming here for years.

Had the Italian beef sandwich, it was very greasy and bland. The food here is low quality and overpriced, the servers were friendly but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the food. Charging extra for giardiniera is a bit cheeky. Fries are very average too.

If you've been to Chicago you probably have heard of this place. I love the Italian Beef sandwich with peppers (sweet & hot). They also have good salads and burgers. They unfortunately no longer make my favorite salad that had this amazing dressing. It was a honey mustard that was warm. Lines can be long but it moves pretty quickly and they have quite a bit of seating. This place would be ok for larger groups too. This is a order at the counter and pick up food at window type of restaurant that has open seating. I like the outdoor patio to eat too.UPDATE - We were in the neighborhood the other day and stopped in for the first time in years. I ordered my usual Italian Beef sandwich dipped with giardeniere and hout& sweet peppers. It was delicious as I had remembered. I will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later.
