It’s getting disappointing how often our drive through orders are bad. We live nearby and come often but less and less we are impressed with our food. Undercooked fries, messy wrapping that allows food to fall apart in the bag, dry bread/buns and missing items. It used to be a very reliable choice but now I feel like there’s a better chance something will be missing from the order or it will just be bad. Unfortunately…

I can not believe the owner at this place. Every single time when he cooks the food he messes something up. Today he had the audacity to tell my mother that he has issues with her food every time and would appreciate that we do not come back. Well, needless to say the cashier even confirmed that he, the OWNER, made it wrong. He even showed him the receipt and he still continued to be rude. Then he told my mom he remembers the last time when she went with her son. HER SON IS IN TEXAS. How stupid do you look and sound now? All because you can't read the order and make the order correct? How pathetic.Update: we did not get complimentary food as all you did was remake what we already purchased. Even after being proven wrong by your cashier (who is also your son and is a delight to work with unlike you) and continued to be rude to my mother. You were the one spreading lies about us and accusing her of stuff she has never done. As a business owner you should have more respect for your customers and employees. It's a shame that your other cook makes everything exactly how it's ordered but for some reason YOU would always make my mom's food wrong. Apparently you have something against her for you to treat her that way.
