I ordered an oat milk regular latte for breakfast here through mobile order, and it didn't take long for the menu to be ready. The latte was very delicious.

This is Wifey's Starbucks! She orders on the App and I drink whatever was ordered and that's how it works... The staff are generally very friendly and helpful until it gets excruciatingly busy. Love the vibe in this coffee house!

I really don't go to this store, though I live close, it's in an area I typically go to. BUT I do go once in a great while. Every time There's an issue. Today Harley helped me and got my drink wrong. Though she got it wrong, she was upset that I wanted it corrected ? wait what. You made it wrong and you're upset because I wanted it made my way. And she had the nerve to try to get me to pay for it to be corrected ummm no, the way you made it is the same price I wanted it done. Shame on Harley!!!

I haven't visit Starbucks for a long time and decided to get my coffee today at La Palma/ Valley viewI feel I am very unwelcome and atmosphere was not nice. I had never experienced like this before.

Not trying to be a Karen or anything, but if you don't want your banana bread warmed, be sure to tell them that at least four times....three times proved to be insufficient.
Tried to walk in at 7:05pm tonight and the doors are locked. Hours say open til 8pm. Super confused.

I hit Starbucks before heading out to a funeral. We had to drive to Los Angeles early in the morning, so I figured some drinks and snacks for the road would be a good idea. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice frappe's, a black coffee, and 2 chocolate milks (for the kids). And the snacks I ordered a couple cake pops, and 2 cheese and fruit boxes. The drinks and boxes were a hit! Perfect for the drive to LA and the snacks came in handy too. Everything was hot and fresh. The grapes in the fruit and cheese boxes were a little squishy. Other than that the cheese and everything else was good. The cake pops were great.

We just love getting coffee in the morning and it's great that Starbucks opens at 4:30am. I stopped by at 5am to try out a drink that's supposed to taste like Vietnamese coffee and it really did! It definitely woke me up for the long day I was going to have. The staff made my drink quick and it was finished by the time I arrived. This spot is great to study and hang out with some friends

Ordered a Grande with "less ice" and got the space for the ice empty. Apparently, ice is part of what we pay for so when we say less that, you get less the drink of what u ordered and PAID FOR. Shouldn't we get a discount then? I do not see my drink over the brim when I order and PAY an extra $1-2 for add ons??? Not all locations have this crooked practice though, this one did! Skip this and go to the next block branch instead.I emailed the manager but no response. Photo was before we drank any btw.
