Don't know if the guy tonight was new or ignorant. What good is it to order something that the bread is so dry, you can knock on it. This was the puniest sandwich I ever had from this place. Mind you, the only veggies were lettuce and tomato.Been a long day or I would return it. Guess I will just pick out what I can eat.Going to call the manager tomorrow or corporate on Monday!

I go here a lot. Tonight (5-25-23) I went and ordered the number one. The older guy who took my order was yelling at the younger girl and then took my order. I told him I didn't want the peppers or onions that came in it and he proceeded to say that he can't do that since the number 1 comes with it. We all know you can order different veggies. This is crazy. He wouldn't serve me if I didn't get something that I was ALLERGIC to. I can't believe this happened. Never returning. I'm here every week for work and I will never return!

One of the ladies that works Night Shift has attitude problem. I asked "which one has the most meat?" And she went off on me saying "they all have the same amount of meat" in a very rude tone. I said I want the one that has the most. And she just kept repeating herself almost like me asking a simple question is a bother on her day.So I asked her why is she giving me an attitude and she just stayed quiet. I got my food and left. But I'm never coming back here. Most of the subways I've been to the people are courteous and polite. But her, she obviously hates her job I don't even know why she works there if she hates it so much.

The overall time was great just some minor corrections for an ideal experience could work on setting of dine in and dine out orders would of been better if the lady serving me was friendly but I understand how stressful work can be. Good job management keep up the good work your little acts of kindness go a long way

Wish I didn't have to give them the one star. When I got home to eat, I found their knife in my sub! Called back to explain what happened, and the lady was very rude with how she handled it. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told she wasn't there. She gave me the wrong number to call the manager. Called the store a day later and asked to speak to the manager, but was told she left already. I asked if I could put my number down and the manager could call me back, but was told they were too busy to write my name and number down; so they said bye and hung up. Called another day later and still couldn't reach the manager. They took my name and number down this time. I was told I'd get a call later on in the day, but still nothing. Reminder their knife was left in my sandwich! I'd think someone would want to call right away!
