My recent visit to the Subway branch at Buena Park (La palma st), was disappointing. The covered meat counter made it impossible to see what I was getting, which is essential for transparency in food preparation. The absence of water cups was inconvenient, and being forced to pay for one seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the lack of plates for dining in was surprising and disappointing, and the absence of an apology only added to the frustration. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

I've been eating at Subway for a long time but then I started going to Jersey Mike's. Because they're plain and straight and have the meat in a cooler that they pull out and slice for you as you order stuff. I know Subway says they're doing that and they have the meat cutting machines in several of the stores out front shiny and clean. Looking like they've never been used. It's my opinion that they're still doing the meat the way they do and have the cutting machine out in the front to make it look like they're using that in the sandwiches I've recently ordered I have not seen any meat cut off that machine to date. I think if they wanted to be more legit looking they would have a cooler with the logs of meat and slice as order like Jersey Mike's. Unless there's something to hide of course. Again just my opinion. I have not seen one of those machines used to date

Very clean Subway. I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon and the place is fresh and clean. All the food items were kept cool and there was no flies in sight. Junior was friendly.

I went on my lunch to get some food for me and my bf and Sabrina only took care of him completely ignored the fact that I was there really rude didn’t even ask. If I wanted anything just went straight to the counter so I just walked out .

Closed early. Kid was rude when I walked in.. just said "were closed" in a low voice & stared at me with a blank face. Very unprofessional. Terrible first impression, I'm just heading over to the one on Orangethorpe nex time.
Used to be one of my favorite spots to have lunch, until I saw a guy coughing inside everywhere without wearing a mask or covering his mouth. And he was also the same person who was filling up the meats and vegetables. Very disappointed. Never going back.

This is the second time we came in with new people the dude didn't know what any of the meats are he straight up made my husbands so it all fell out.the girl with the industrial was just rude she had me pay before my sandwich was even in bag handed it to my husband without mine might need to train your employees better. They had one guy wait till the male looked to try and see on menu that that meat looked like. He didn't know what mine was at all oven roasted chicken I had to point it out to him several times my husbands Buffalo chicken he asked the girl how to do it

I honestly give it a 3/5 because its not really good I didn't really like the service and they didn't have enough ice and the soda wasn't cold but bro one of the sandwich makers was hot asf I swear like damm bro she was fine I wanted her to make my sandwich I wanna fill her up with something
