My husband and I ordered Jjambbong and pork cutlet menu. The side dishes were well prepared and every single one was delicious, the main menu was the best I've ever had at a Korean restaurant, and the staff was very friendly. Next time I will definitely go for a meal with my kids ??

Their ox bone soup stands out among many Korean food! They also have self-serve soup/tea, service was good too.

They lie to their customers and pretend to be a different restaurant called Yuchun.

Yoo's Place stands out as the ultimate destination for Korean cuisine enthusiasts. With a wide array of Korean dishes on offer, one might worry that the quality could be compromised, but Yoo's Place defies expectations.Every dish I ordered was a culinary delight, bursting with authentic flavors and made with care. It's a testament to the dedication of the chefs and the commitment to excellence in every aspect of the dining experience. The recent opening of a branch in Irvine only adds to the accessibility of Yoo's Place, making it even easier for food lovers to indulge in the exquisite flavors of Korean cuisine. If you're craving Korean food or looking to explore the rich and diverse flavors of this cuisine, look no further than Yoo's Place. It's a culinary experience not to be missed.

It’s a nice little place, and offers a quiet escape from some of the more crowded and overstimulating korean restaurants around the area. They serve a variety of basic korean foods, and it doesn’t seem like the specialize in anything.I would have loved to say the food here is great, but i can’t say it’s the case. It’s often pretty hit or miss with what you get. Some dishes i get are good, some mediocre, and some just bad. I wish they had better food, because then i would gladly give them 5 stars.Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly i guess, but it’s on the smaller side so it’s not gonna be a good experience for you or others if your kid is crying.

Food was ok. But the service was terrible, at first. Korean lady with the pony tail was so rude and short and when I ordered something off the menu (bibimbap, with beef), I could clearly see in the menu picture that each ingredient had its own section, including the beef, with the rice in the middle. Upon receiving our dish, it had literally less than a teaspoon of beef. I asked the server if that was the regular portion and she just kept asking me if I wanted more, but she never answered my question, she just kept saying "more? More???", now I look greedy asking for more beef when the true problem of the beef dish having no beef was not addressed lol . Now that I've seen the other reviews with this issue of smaller portions for non Koreans, I had a feeling that's what was going on and it they just confirmed I wasn't imagining things. Regardless, we kept it classy and she brought us a a TINY bit more beef. Later on another worker with short hair came in and she was very nice. Warm and polite, total opposite of the other lady. Also that rude lady wasn't rude to the Koreans in the place, another thing I'm sad to admit because I didn't want that to be true but again, the other reviews confirm this. When I left I said thank you in a somewhat loud voice to both the ladies so they would know I was thanking them both since they both served us, the rude lady didn't even look up. I did it twice thinking maybe she didn't hear me, but no, she was just ignoring me just as she had the whole time we were there. I wish Hiro ramen or the Pho place next door had been open at that time because this was our last choice and it was pretty bad. Do better.

My experience with Yoo's was very disappointing. We ordered delivery the other night -two suhlung tang and octopus tempura. The suhlung tang arrived with green onions and salt already in the broth. It's as if they took leftover soup from other customers and dumped it in the togo containers. The noodles smelled of rags, it was disgusting, and the tempura was missing dipping sauce.Never put green onions and salt into the broth and send it on its delivery. Not only do individuals have various pref when it comes to green onion and salt portions but it also keeps the soup fresh. It's safe to say the food was not eatable.I will never order from here again esp since there are so many other options to choose from in the surrounding areas.

Their Cold Noodle is on the best. You can tell from the customer who are mostly Koreans. Even the aunties talk mostly Korean with broken english. The good thing, their menu is Year round while others are seasonal. Cold Noodle usually for summer only. We always order the spicy one, as regular has less kick. The soup comes separately as chilled iced soup in a bowl. The noodle is long and chewy. Make sure it get scissor cut properly. Order the combo menu to save a little. We ordered the pancake combo. Kids love them. Other combos taste delicious too. This time we did not order the Donkatsu. The meat is usually crispy, crunchy and juicy. Also large portion. The Dolpan menu, hot stone plate, also delicious. We ordered the spicy pork. Ambiance is typical small restaurant. Service is quick. If there is a line. Write down your name outside at the whiteboard on the post across the door. Non regular customers usually missed it. Price wise is on the higher end as their portion is big enough to share or eat for yourself, like us.One side note, they started automatic tip at 18%. Not sure if this apply to all or for "large party" of 4 like us. So watch your bill before paying or double tipping.

This small, family-owned restaurant has always seemed pretty busy the few times I've been. I take that as a good sign to start. Second, the fact that they recently opened a new location in Irvine is another feather in their cap. I've tried several dishes and they've all been very good. They have a pretty extensive menu which includes some Chinese-Korean dishes. Yukgejang- 4/5. Mandu Kalguksu - 4/5. TangSooYook 5/5. Service is friendly and food came out quickly. Banchan was also decent. Definitely a strong offering in the Buena Park area.

Ordered two kalbi tang to go. When I got home and unpacked everything from the stapled bag, I saw that they only gave one thing of noodles and one thing of side dishes. The food overall was good but wish that they gave the appropriate amount of food for the dish and that they included everything that was supposed to be there. Would go again to dine in but not take out.
