The last time I drove by this corner it was something different, I wish I could remember what it was before....anyway I stopped in for a quick Sandwich and it was amazing! Highly recommend the BLTA....fresh ingredients, great flavor...staff was so friendly. It was so good I came back the next night and ordered the same sandwich togo...I was shocked to walk in to some live music! I wish I had time to eat there and enjoy the music but was short on time. Will be back soon!

Such a cute small breakfast spot. I love myself a good matcha and not only was this delicious but look at the little details that they garnish the drink with. The food was good. Nothing crazy or spectacular but good enough to go back. I think it's safe to say that it's also worth trying other items off the menu. The staff was very attentive and nice. My friend and I came here for her birthday as well as to catch up and not once did we feel rushed.

My friend and I had brunch at BB Cafe & Catering on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago. The casual restaurant's located by a busy intersection, and it was difficult to find parking in their private lot. I recommend parking in the residential area, which is a short walk from the restaurant. When we arrived around 11:15am, it wasn't too busy, so we were seated promptly upon arrival. It was such a nice day as well and we got a table outside. For my drink, I got the Lavender Latte with almond milk, which had a beautiful color! The latte wasn't too strong and the lavender flavor was light. The latte was a good pick-me-up! For my meal, I chose the Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich with a side of fruit. The bun was small, but the schnitzel was big and made a visually-appealing presentation. The schnitzel was hot & crispy, and the lettuce added a nice crunch, but the overall flavors didn't "wow" me; it just tasted like a simple crispy chicken sandwich. Maybe I could've dressed it up with some hot sauce? The side of fruit was alright; lots of melons for this time of the year. Also, the service was quick, and the staff were attentive and friendly. If I return to BB Cafe & Catering in the future, then I'd like to try their breakfast menu. The pancakes looked tasty!

A wonderful addition to the Burbank brunch scene that offers much more to the downtown area. Tried to make a reservation for brunch for our party of five on a Saturday morning, but unfortunately, they did not take reservations. Upon arrival around 10am, we were pleasantly greeted by the sweet sounds of live acoustic guitar and plenty of indoor and outdoor covered seating options. Our hostess tried to fit us in a very uncomfortable table for four, however, upon persuasion that there were several larger tables available, she reluctantly accommodated our party. A simple, two-sided menu offers plenty of reliable breakfast and lunch options. Among the selections in our party were: Denver Omelette, Florentine Benedict, BB Breakfast Special with Waffle and the Salmon Tartine. Overall, the service was friendly and efficient. Plenty of smiles, refills on coffee and efficiency. For my BB Breakfast Special, I opted with the hash-browns and turkey sausage. The eggs and hash-browns were great, although the turkey sausage was not as warm as the rest of the hot plate. The waffles also arrived about ten minutes after our food had been delivered. It was a tasty waffle, however. All of my friends raved about their meals. The coffee and teas hot, the iced version, cold. The server also offered up some to-go teas and coffees for our party which was a very nice touch. The prices are totally reasonable for the food portions and quality. The bathrooms are also very clean, well-stocked and bright. Plenty of parking in back or along the street. Definitely a BB+ brunch option for all of those Burbank early morning IKEA shoppers or those that don't want to wait in line for an underwhelming table experience down the street at Porto's.

I found this spot on yelp and wanted to give it a chance. I had such an amazing experience at BB's Cafe, I had the waffles which i definitely would recommend if you're going for breakfast. The place itself was very inviting. The service was amazing, Lupe did amazing on taking care of us, she alone made me want to come back!! She was so attentive, quick, and polite.

Love their light cocktails and salads. Fig Salad is my favorite. I don't like burgers from fast food chains, I prefer signature burgers, and wasn't disappointed. I always go there for my business lunches and for breakfast on weekends because they have life music. I hope they will be in our neighborhood for long time. Good luck to them.
