It wasn't busy at all. There were 3 ppl in line including me. They helped the lady in front of me, chatting with her for about 5mins, then they completely ignored me to help the girl behind me. I only needed a sandwich and waited for 10mins. It feels personal. Not a good way to start a day

# 1.... Thank U Pops Mario !! The ONE good thing about having to visit my Dr. every month in BBank is to have BellFrat right at my feet. My deceased husband and I became customers from the 1st week they opened in Mar 2019...there's not enuf space for me to go on about Mario & Co. A recent addition to staff is a young man named Matt; by far the best vanilla lattes that I have gotten on earth ( as I travelled a lot) ...with cinnamon & whipped cream that you can actually taste each additional flavor SOOOOO much‼ #2.... the food, service and homey feeling you get in the lobby of a Medical bldg. is because Mario & Co. makes it feel like home....Please people check them out B R A V O

Located on the first floor building shared with medical offices next to the Lakeside Urgent care. Convenient to grab some coffee, juices, water, snacks, pre-made sandwiches... I needed my afternoon coffee stat and this place came thru. Friendly staff and coffee was good.

What great service-- I come here to grab coffee on my work breaks and I'm always greeted with pleasant smiles and conversations. Dominique was incredibly helpful in helping me pick what to snack on and the owner was kind enough to gift me a free bag of coffee beans when I mentioned I just started working at the hospital across their location. Their pastries are from a local bakery in Glendale and the potato ball was delicious. Thank you Belli Fratelli!

Good morning Burbank! I am so surprised to see that Burbank has so many 3rd wave coffee joints. I graduated from BHS in '92 and best coffee back then was at McDonalds. Met the owner/roaster Mario and what an amazing human being! He made me an americano and seriously tasted like it had cream in it! Super Mario got skillz!

Coffee, food good. Counter guy was attentive and made suggestions so I tipped him, I guess, 23%. However, maybe it's a generational thing: He doesn't say thank you or you're welcome. I ate at a nearby table. He never thanked anybody but others thanked him. Nope, nope, nope. Leaves those thank you's hanging in the air and thumping to the ground like a catcher without a mit-its like ignoring an offered handshake. Proximity to this display left me uncomfortable and feeling second hand embarrassment.

I am a huge coffee drinker...my favorite spots in LA are Kumquat and Collage in Highland Park and I have tried them all! Nothing beats the Black and Blonde at Belli Fratelli! The beans are so fresh they glisten when they come out of the bag. Owner Mario is incredible to his customers service and an awesome human being. I love supporting this family business and this incredible coffee! I wish they were in Pasadena but I'll always drive to Burbank for it!!! if you're a big coffee drinker-get the Black and Blonde beans!
