Went here with friends while waiting for our gokarting rounds at the k1 near by. There was just one lady holding the place down. She was extremely kind and gave one of us free water.The food was good, all of us were happy with what we got. A lot of options on the menu for flavors. It took a while for it to all come out but we had a good time.

Small, growing franchise chain specializing in chicken wings and tenders. I met the franchise owner one afternoon after searching for a chicken sandwich convenient to the 5 freeway heading north through Burbank. He was friendly and helpful, informed me that many of their dozen or so sauces were house made, particularly the lemon pepper. I got the sandwich with mango habañero sauce and he gave me no problems about subbing mozzarella sticks for the fries in a combo meal, which was very reasonably priced (California prices, that is...). The mozzarella sticks were actually amazing, perfectly fried, with a really good breading and even a little...idk, 'juicy' seems like a weird word to describe fried mozzarella, but it must have been some perfect combination of temperature because some kind of dripping that didn't *feel* like grease or oil (but kinda has to have been) dripped out with every bite. The sandwich wasn't huge but not small either, the sauce was good, and overall the experience was very satisfying for the price, convenience, speed of service and nature of the business. The location is just a hole-in-the-wall, suitable for a work lunch, but I would visit again and will try the chain elsewhere if I come across it again, too.

For a place called the Bird Box, it almost stopped me in my tracks that the first thing I saw outside the door was a standee advert for a Hamburger. Anyhoo, stepped inside and perused the menu board and was discussing it with the very polite and attentive employee. Settled on 15 bone in wings with 3 different flavors. it was probably the fastest wing order I've ever had fulfilled, so I grabbed it and took off from home.The wings were average size, the flavors were there, but I wouldn't call them 'flavorful'. They had a nice crunch and overall they were fine and I think their prices are reasonable for today's marketplace.

The staff at this location are very welcoming and friendly. The wings at this place are delicious. The lemon pepper is my go to for my wings and as a side item I live their loaded fries.

I was so disappointed, the lady who cooked my food seemed like she didn't know what she was doing because she took forever & I was the only one there & the bone in wings didn't even taste mild, they tasted very plain & the garlic fries were so under cooked I couldn't even taste the garlic. I am not sure how this place is still open but I would rather have had the Pizza Hut that was there prior to this location. Needs to be shut down asap!! Wing stop is down the street. Don't waste your $$ here!

be mindful of cleanliness.. no AC so the cooks are sweaty looking shirt drenched. also guy working on my food was on the phone while doing it.. you bring your phone with you to disgusting places (bathrooms, gyms,etc)... nobody wants to see you touching our food we paid for with the same hands touching your phone.. invest in some gloves at least

was looking forward to trying this place after driving by a couple times. placed an online order for pick up for lunch. when I arrived there was one employee scratching lottery scratchers and on hold with customer service for a bill. When they tried to assist me they said there were no orders. I Showed my email confirmation and there it was the employee just wasn't paying attention to the incoming orders. Couldn't wait for the food to be cooked and prepped because i was on my lunch hour so I asked to just cancel. They advised that i have to do it myself online. When i showed them there was no option for me to cancel they finally put the phone down and cancelled it on their side and confirmed on an email. Really disappointed maybe I'll try the other location hopefully they'll have better service.

I searched on Google for the best wings in Los Angeles. Came across Eater LA site and this was the first place they mentioned. Never heard of it so went to check it out. I should've known the food was going to be terrible when I walked in. One person working there total. He looked like he was still in high school and was wearing a light grey t shirt 3 sizes too big for him with stains all over it. He also was wearing dark grey basketball shorts that hung down to his ankles and needed a shave really bad. I ordered some wings anyways just so I wouldn't be judging a horrible book by its ugly color. The 3 different sauced wings were extremely bland and horribly undercooked. I couldn't even tell which flavor was which. I'll never return to any of these locations. An absolute joke.

If you're thinking of working here, think again. The owner Arthur Kasabyan still hasn't paid me. After I told him about a better job opportunity he wished me the best of luck and told me he would be in touch about paying me. After a few days I reached out since it was feeling like I wasn't going to hear anything back. Once I told him if I would be getting my pay he told me "I technically never worked there since I didn't turn in a W4." but once I reached out to a lawyer, that's when he finally started to try to pay me. Honestly save yourself the headache of working for someone like that, you can see this man's true colors in the screenshots on yelp
