I was disappointed that the store closed early on February 7th, 2024. According to the storefront, they were supposed to close at 10:00 pm. However, when I arrived at 9:30 pm, I was told that they were no longer serving customers and were closing early due to rain. It's worth noting that it wasn't even raining at the time.

This is more of a "helpful hint" rather than a review. My family and I visited today around 5:10 p.m. It has been raining for 3 days here in Southern California, and it is quite slippery. When we entered through the door closest to the counter, the rug was about a foot from the entryway. My son, age 7, slipped on the wet floor, and landed, legs akimbo, on the ground. He started to cry. There were 3 employees behind the counter. None asked if he was okay, or offered to help him up. I comforted him, and we approached the counter. None of the employees wear name tags, so it's impossible to identify them. The sole girl did not greet me, did not offer to help, but instead looked at me expectantly because customer service is dead.I looked around. There were wet spots all over the floor. No employee was tasked with mopping it up. The "wet floor" signs were stacked one on top of the other next to the soda fountain. The manager kept going outside to speak on his cell phone on what appeared to be personal calls. Neither he nor his employees asked if my son needed medical attention or even did an incident report.I hope Blaze corporate reads this review, and makes the necessary changes. If you did slip on the floor at this establishment, I would be happy to be a witness for you.

My wife, son and I will not eat any other pizza, only Blaze, because of the juicy taste.Kid-friendliness: These people really know how to put a smile on your child's face.

I didn't know about this place but I was gladly surprised when I saw how quick a great pizza could be prepared. Fresh ingredients and a high quality crew! Absolutely a must when you're around.Kid-friendliness: They have outer tables for children to have fun with the park and the giant screen outside

The staff are quick and helpful. They’re always busy therefore the cleanliness is pretty much non existent. I like stopping by at this location after our shopping spree at the Burbank Empire Center. Parking situation can be frustrating at times especially during weekends.

Good spot for quick crispy pizzas. Too bad that they have too few tables and they didn't clean the tables not fast enough (although a dozen people working in the kitchen).

"Blaze Pizza in the heart of Empire Plaza is like a pizza lover's dream come true! With those two enormous plasma TVs broadcasting sports outside it's a slice of heaven. I loaded up my 'mile high' creation with toppings galore and once it came out of the oven, I feasted like a pizza champion. ? Just a heads up, it's still hotter than a summer day in the Sahara, but when it cools down, prepare for a flavor explosion like no other! ??"

Writing as I am eating this sorry "PROTEIN PIZZA" which looks NOT even CLOSE to the picture. I dont even know if it is even a protein pizza, but the receipt it came with says it is. I will just let the picture speak for itself, taken right after picking it up. This is the first time I've written a review because I'm just so baffled by this. Never have I ever seen a sorry pizza like this, not even at little caesars.
