So different from my lunch three days previous. Noisy and crowded. Lackluster service as if we were an annoyance. Waiter never checked back after entrées were served. My porkchop was tasteless and tough. My wife's filet mignon was dry and over cooked not served medium rare as requested.

Felt a bit rushed by the waitress but she at least didn't disappear. If we needed something, she was there Don't get the roaming photographer but it's not a deal breaker

Went to the Smoke House for St. Patrick's Day corned beef & cabbage special dinner. Also had the Tulamore Dew & brew special. Service was excellent. Everything tasted so good. Oh, of course we had the garlic bread. It was a fine evening.

We used to love The Smoke House but the last several times we have gone it's been awful. This year we went with a group of 8 for my birthday and from the moment we walked in, it was a disaster. First it took them 20 min to prep our table, but they set it for six instead of 8 as reserved. They then squeezed all 8 into a table for six and we didn't fit. Then the service debacles started... we couldn't even order drinks for 30 min and when we tried to order apps, our waiter walked away. Finally after an hour we got our drinks and apps only for them to need to be sent back. One hour and 30 min later we ordered our dinners...all good though because only three orders were wrong and only one got sent back... prime rib ordered med was well done, NY strip order med was also well done, porter house ordered med well was purple raw...that got sent back. We left the restaurant at 1015 but arrived at 730...all of this to say we won't be going back for personal events and we won't continue to take our clients and partners here anymore. I suggest going elsewhere!

The BBQ and stuffed Salmon was delicious and the Diablo Martini hit the spot. The grilled artichoke was perfect. Thank you for the birthday cheese cake and singing. We also brought home two loaves of cheese bread because one loaf is never enough.

Our server was odd. There was no toilet paper in the men's restroom stall. Our steak knives were dull. Our booth's table wobbled and squeaked all night. But the food was good.

This was my second time trying Smoke House. The first time, with a reservation, the wait was over an hour so we left. Second time, went for lunch and it was empty but somehow it took almost an hour to get a burger (cooked extra well, when asked for rare). The decor is cool old-school Hollywood, but unfortunately the food and service need a facelift.

The Smoke House never fails! I brought two friends from Singapore for their first time, and they couldn't stop ooh-ing and ahh-ing and taking pictures. They ate the fabulous grilled artichokes (they first ever) and just loved them. The service there is always great. Thank you for a consistently good experience.

With the exception of their famous cheese bread, everything else we ordered was either bland or tasted like it had been pre-made days ago, then quickly reheated. Their regular cut of prime rib was ridiculously thin (maybe five ounces max) and their version of “medium cooked” was bloody. This review is tough for me to write because The Smokehouse is a classic, but their food has become sub-par. Even the side of steamed veggies were undercooked. And the clientele? Well, outside of one older couple who still respected the history of this place, and dressed appropriately, the rest of the crowd looked like they just got off of work from their jobs at the local landfill, instead of Warner Brothers. Come on, people. Tuck in your shirts and wear clean shoes. You work in show business. The juxtaposition of classy vintage photos of old Warner Brothers movie stars (which grace The Smokehouse's walls) versus their current customers is startling. Will I come back? Probably only occasionally for their cheese bread and a cocktail, unless they step up their game again.

Our server, Marco, could not have been friendlier and did a wonderful job taking our order, delivering the food, and telling us about the specials. The food was outstanding! Just a great experience - celebrating my wife's birthday. We have just discovered a new favorite restaurant!

This is definitely a restaurant that caters to the older crowd the food tastes like a level above sizzlers which is disappointing. Vegetables taste like they're from a frozen package. The cheese basket bread is dry and crackly. The ribeye was dry. The salmon was ok. BUT it's got a great ambiance with the band playing, lively chatter and amazing service. Cocktails are good and the place is clean but outdated. Overall is it's ok food needs work.

If you know, you know and if you don't, I don't want to know you. A perfect place. Jimmy Angel was an amazing performance. Would not change a thing and I hope they don't!

Hadn't been here in years. It was an old family go to restaurant. Even had my Sweet 16 there. They did not disappoint. The food was fabulous! Boy was it hopping!!! Lots of other bday celebrations. We are already planning on when to go back.

Smoke House was an excellent choice to send my brother away for Spring Training. Great food options, delicious drinks, impeccable service and an old school vibe. Our server FABRICIO brought his “A game”
