Customer service was ok. I had mentioned that I didn't want pickles on my sandwich. Luckily, I was able to see my order on the screen. The guy that was helping me had put down no pickles and no grilled vegetables. I said I wanted the grilled vegetables, but no pickles. He fixed it. When I received my sandwich, it was nothing like a Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was served open faced with lettuce and tomato. In terms of grilled vegetables, I look for them. I found 1 slices green pepper and maybe 2 slices of onions. Overall, it was ok, but I will not be returning. Luckily, it's located in the food court of the mall. I had to go to Panda Express.

The french fries are extremely fresh and crispy , very good tasting. The service was excellent, they are always very busy, but they listen to your order and always give you the options that you request I have the ultimate fries period I would have liked double the amount of cheese they use. next time I'll just order a side of extra cheese. It was very tasty, and the toppings were very fresh. Everything looks exactly like the pictures on the menu.

My recent restaurant visit was a true disaster. The ambiance was unwelcoming. The waitress's rudeness and lack of hygiene were alarming, handling food without gloves. The sandwich I received was a mess – careless assembly and left wide open. The sandwich bread was so soggy the potatoes fell out. She handed the sandwich in a very bad attitude.Adding insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to the unacceptable meal that I didn't even eat, the waitress actually laughed. This experience was a surreal nightmare. Avoid this place if you value decent service and edible food. Charleys Cheesesteaks, do better! Never coming here again.

A quick bite between a movie double bill. I was honestly impressed and quite surprised. It was odd to be asked the "do you want everything on that" question (duh, yes) but the small Oldschool Cheesesteak, a 6", with only double beef, onions and cheese sauce really hit the spot. I'm normally a Jersey Mike's guy but this Charleys totally satisfied.

I went again today and the woman ? was very friendly. I will continue to come back soon ?. The sandwich ? I liked the Bacon ? 3 Cheese ? Philly Cheesesteak, I got the bacon ? cheese ? fries ? This place sucked as far as customer service goes. It was at a mall. It was not quite 11 a.m., on a Saturday. The 5th of August, to be exact. the time they and all other food court restaurants opened, it was like 10:58. We went to the counter just to look at the menu. The older man snapped at us and said we're not open yet. We didn't even ask if they were open. We were just looking at the menu. He was so rude. We just took off to another location that was not quite open yet. They were excited to go ahead and open like 1 MINUTE EARLY and take our order. What has happened to customer service? How about replying with "I'm sorry we're not open yet. But we will be happy to serve you as soon as we open. " What made me more mad was that they weren't even prepping to open. They were just leaning on the counter, chatting to one another. So this place needs to revisit good old customer service.
I love Charleys Philly steaks , but yesterday , I was extremely disappointed and disgusted, I work at the mall and I was very tired , so for my lunch break I was craving classic cheese steak, I am very disgusted that found a long hair in my sandwich, there are other restaurants in the mall cafeteria, and customer service also very low grade .
