Giamela's is a classic go to and has been around for so many years! Consistent quality subs generously topped with diced onion and pickle (if you opt for it). Always a treat and blows away the chain sub "shops". The only downside for some my be that it's cash only.

I wouldn't give 5 ⭐ easily, but this place is good, great sandwich and the toppings are a good idea on a pastrami sandwich plus the price is good value for your money to find the same flavor you have to pay $15 or even $20 for the same size pretty much, definitely going back

Almost 20 years since my last visit here and they still make the best pastrami and peppersteak sandwiches in the history of whatever.
