Dropped a nasty 30 person order on this restaurant super last minute (whoops) but they handled it like champs. Kitchen banged it out and front of house double-checked the expo. We ate there today and we all were very disappointed. The fries are different and the shakes are terrible. They have a swirl of cheap strawberry syrup swirled in their shakes now. We found out new ownership. Fries were fatter and overdone and tasted very bland. The burgers are smaller than they used to be but they were good. We won't be going back anytime soon though. It was the whole package that was great before -burger, fries and shake. Now just the burger is good.
I ate there yesterday and it made my stomach upset. Whatever they fed me didn’t sit well with my stomach.

A pretty good burger at a "pretty good burger" price. We also had the fries and onion rings. Both were acceptable. I was a little confused when I walked in and sat down.... It looks like a place where a server would help us. But no.... You have to go to the register to order. Then they will bring your food. I would go back if I were in the area and wanted a burger.

I love this place. Seriously, why would anyone go to a McDonald's or a gross place like that when you can go here and get actual real food? Nowadays, it's not even that much more money. I eat healthy mostly and this joint is my go-to a few evenings a week after the gym. I generally get the hickory burger in a lettuce wrap and a side of sweet potato fries. For my meal and a soda, it comes to about $20, which is ideal given the food is really high quality and you're getting to sit inside a relatively nice ambience with relatively nice customers and no crazy's camped out. Lol. The inside is clean, the service is efficient, quick and friendly, and they even have TV's on to catch sports games. I prefer when they give generous portions of fries but keep up the good work in general. The sauces are also top notch quality.

I'm so sad. I love this place, they usually have great food and great service. My favorite is the bbq chicken salad. Today my coworker picked up my salad and I was so disappointed when she got back to the office. It's missing the bacon, onions and ranch dressing and entirely too much lettuce. Feel like I paid $13 for a big bowl of lettuce and 4 strips of chicken. I hope it was just a fluke today and won't be a pattern because I love this salad and don't want to stop getting it but todays salad was unacceptable and when I called to let them know so they wouldn't accidentally give my salad with bacon to someone else who can't eat bacon for religious reasons the girl on the phone didn't offer to make it right, she just said "ok, thank you" and hung up. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt because I know they get really busy and it was lunch rush hour, but please don't skip the quality control and customer service for when you mess up an order.

Quiet, clean, I love burgers with chives and barbecue. And my son likes chicken tenders. Very calm background music. My 26-year-old daughter brought back memories of her time. Outside there are tables with umbrellas in case you like outdoors.Parking: Maybe a little busy because there are more shops around.

This was a good burger joint. I had the hickory burger with onion rings and washed it down with the mint pomegranate lemonade. The burger was tasty with hickory BBQ sauce along with crispy fried onion crisps. The onion rings are all crispy and tasty. They served it with ranch dressing for dipping sauce. So I tried it. Not bad. Still had to have some ketchup for some of the rings. I have to say this was a good burger meal.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Got the burger, fries, and onion rings. The bun was a little crispy on the edges which I prefer, and light and airy so as not to be overwhelming. The burger patty was cooked perfectly, a little light pink and juicy which was neither undercooked nor overcooked. You can select the type of cheese, I went with cheddar and it melted beautifully. The fries were crisp and fluffy in the inside and although I'm a slow eater, they maintained their crunch for a long time. The onion rings were perfectly seasoned and also crunchy and went well with the ranch sauce. The service was also up to par, quick and reliable. The food came out within 10 minutes even though there was a long line. Overall I would come back here again if I am craving a burger.

I used to come here a lot the burgers were really good sweet potato fries onion rings and regular fries were good not better then ininout but its really good recomend if your in burbank
