Hi,You guys gave us the wrong room. I booked and paid for the upgraded Premier Suite to have plenty of space for our family to enjoy and splurge. You gave us a handicap room. There was no glass doors in the shower. All the water was coming out. We had to face the shower head literally facing the inside wall while placing ourselves in an uncomfortable position to not flood the bathroom.I booked the upgraded Premier Junior Suite room as the pictures attracted me with the nice upgraded set up and furnitures with plenty of extra seating space and nice backsplash for the bed.The room we got did not have the extra seating, stained curtains, curtains didn’t close or have a magnet to seal all the way, stained couch and chair, no sink with extended microwave and fridge space, no cute little table with 2 blue chairs for tea or milk time or nice upgraded couch like the pictures of the room that I booked.I asked a few times from when we checked in, during our stay and again when we checked out and was told that was the room that was booked which is incorrect. No housekeeping ever came to clean up while we stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Woke up panicked from a huge spider crawling on the wall. It’s not a boujee hotel as I hoped it be.Pix of the upgraded room I paid for.image0.pngimage8.pngimage9.pngimage10.pngPix of the outdated handicap room I got. The difference in pix are very obvious. Definitely wasn’t a pleasant stay especially the bathroom experience. What we got is not the Premier Junior Suite I booked and paid for!!!image4.jpegimage5.jpegimage6.jpegLastly. The Junior Premier Suite I booked said Breakfast included which wasn’t noted on all of the room options so I would imagine it’s actually breakfast since continental breakfast is automatically included in amenities already for all rooms. We did not get the actual breakfast as expected and noted on the room that was booked. What is noted on the website to book is false advertisement. Our experience was poor and a bit upsetting. How can I add this review on the actual hotel website besides Yelp and all other hotel bookings site. No one cared enough to help or switch us to the actual room I booked or apologize or apply credit. We were in room 240 which is again not the room and pix I booked for!!!Noteworthy details: Hi,You guys gave us the wrong room. I was very disappointed in my stay at Hotel Amarano. At first appearance, it looks to be a very luxurious hotel but it was far from that. The bathrooms were dated and the shower heads were so old that they sprayed water everywhere except for on me. I was most disappointed though by the service at the hotel. My room was not cleaned after my first night's stay. I asked the front desk for it to be cleaned. They told me that they only clean the room every 2 nights (which I was not informed about at check in). I told them that I would really appreciate the room being cleaned (especially since I was paying $300/night to stay there) and the manager said it would be cleaned. When I came back to the hotel many hours later my room had still not been cleaned.

Stayed for one night so maybe didn't get to experience as much as others. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind - we arrived when it was raining and the valet came out to our car with an umbrella. The room itself was nice but oddly arranged, bed squished up against the window, so hard for second person to get in and out. We walked across the street for breakfast at Bea Bea's, but LA is not known for being walkable and requires a car to drive to most destinations/attractions

My rooms and the service were perfectly fine and serviceable. My 3 stars is purely based on my experience with the food I ordered for room service. Something was off with the food, I got sick in the middle of the night, and the hotel did comp the meal which was very nice. But I will say the quality of the food was not good. The eggs I got for breakfast were really rubbery, the hot chicken sandwich was stringy and tasted bad, the tuna tartar was … not really a tartar but subgrade poke with some soy sauce, the strawberry shortcake was cut up grocery story poundcake and goopy store-bought sauce. Really disappointing stuff. On top of one of the items making me sick, the food just doesn’t make sense in this 4-star hotel.Rooms: Rooms were nice and spacious.

We wanted a nice, comfortable place close to NFA AND WB and it turned out to be an excellent alternative. For those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s, these images speak for themselves!!!!

Had an incredible stay at Hotel Amarano. We were in search of a pet-friendly hotel because we needed to vacate our place for a few days with our cat and our search led us to Hotel Amarano. I had been before to visit the bar and meet people, so I was already a fan, but hadn't stayed as a guest before. Our stay was everything we could've asked for. The staff was all incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. The gym was the nicest hotel gym we've ever seen, the pool area is gorgeous, the lounge area is great. Really can't recommend this stay enough.

Nice comfortable hotel with clean, tidy rooms and helpful staff. The food is delicious, a little expensive, but it’s fresh and chemical-free. The pool is suitable for 5- or 4+, depending on who you want. You can relax here either alone or with your family. The atmosphere inside is comfortable and calm.

nice place nice atmosphere, the bar is fun and friendly almost worth the pricey drinks. Also very dog friendly, and we have a big pooch! I loved the room it has coffee machine and empty mini fridge. they give you as many water bottles as you like and it took us til the end of our trip to realize they will also just fill your canteen for free. i feel bad for all the wasted plastic!

The hotel is very good, the only problem is that when I arrived they did not have my reservation information correctly.

We loved the vibe, decor and hospitality. Location for our needs was great. We stayed 4 nights. They have a policy that they clean rooms every other day, which was not issue. We arrived on Friday, and they were suppose to clean & refresh towels on Sunday, and they forgot. After calling, they did bring us towels and cleaned the room on the last day of our stay. I do think the cleaning could be more thorough. Overall, I would definitely book with them again.Rooms: The Rooms were beautifully decorated and overall clean.

The staff and housekeeping were very nice. But I was very disappointed with the room. It was not like the pictures on the website. The bed was in between the bathroom and next to a window which made it very hard to get in and out of bed. There was also hair on the bed. It felt so cramped. The lighting in the room was not great and the couch was not comfortable. Not sure if the window was broken but I was able to hear all the noises coming from outside making it hard to sleep. For the price that I paid I expected better.
