Best sandwich spot in Burbank hands down! Yes, a lil pricier than your ordinary spot but sometimes you have to pay a lil more for flavor, & healthier options. The service has always been great the many times we've visited. The ambiance is perfect for a sandwich stop.

Had my first time at Ikes and it was not what I was hoping. I got the Beast Mode sandwich/sub the chicken was a really weird texture. I almost wonder if they accidentally put the vegan chicken in it. Id maybe try their stuff again in the future but it sadly didn’t hit the mark for me.

More like 3.5. I actually thought this place was closed at first - everyone was in the back but when I walked in a girl welcomed me to the store. I ordered the davinci and while it was good it did leave me with some heartburn and waa expensive for a sandwich imo. I would have ordered chips and a drink but that would have been close to $20 or more

Horrible customer service. I had a gift card and the register wouldn't take it. All that was said was "I have nothing to do with it". I went online and verified the balance and showed it to the person at the register and they repeated "nothing I can do, I don't know" so basically the staff could care less and there is absolutely no customer service at this location. Extremely disappointed. They threw away the gift card.

Whenever we are near an Ike’s, it’s always a must stop. Who else has so many vegan options!? NO ONE! And thats why this place is easily my fav most accessible sandwich spot. Endless possibilities of vegan combinations to create your own or just pick something off the menu that can be made vegan. The carrot symbol means they can fully veganize it. Their fountain drink and chips options are great. Snag a parking on the street or park at multilevel open lot up the block. We always take one for later with the sauce on the side so it doesn’t get soggy.I got the meatless and the time traveler, both were DANKY!Happy Munchies,@aVeganAndHer

They screwed up my sandwich really badly by failing to add paid extra items. They gave me a coupon to return another time for a replacement. I returned, and they wouldn’t honor it. I guess this review covers the $15 I lost. Typical fast food mindset, death by 1000 cuts. So I spent the extra money I would’ve spent here somewhere else.Parking: It’s on the street in a very busy part of downtown Burbank. It’s incredibly inconvenient to go there.

The service was unacceptable. The girl and guy working both made it uncomfortable to ask any questions. It seemed as if I was not welcome at all. I will never eat at Ikes again because of the service.

This restaurant has been added to the regular rotation for staff lunches - a total hit with everyone. They have great customer service, called me up to make sure the available choices were acceptable and happily accommodated me. I ordered the Matt Cain today with veggies plus avocado and jalapenos. I will order this again and again. WOW so good. Definitely, give this place a shot!! :)

Very underwhelming. The flavors are decent, a bit sweet for my taste. The signature steak sandwich was all bread and sauce, maybe 4 oz of diced steak bits that had very little flavor in itself. My son had a sandwich w fried chicken called the beast I think. Ok, better meat portion but low quality chicken nugget-strip type things and a bunch of sweet sauce again. Def will not go back, much better sandwiches in walking distance at wild carvery.

Stumbled across this spot when staying locally - so glad I did! I ate here a couple times, and it was great each time. Really good sandwiches, and good sized portions.Vegetarian options: Was happy to see a long list of vegetarian sandwich options!

Tastiest sandwiches in Burbank!! I love the huge selection and the variety available. And don't worry if you're a vegetarian or a vegan, they have plenty of options for you. The chips are tasty and the desserts are good. It's my favorite sandwich place when I'm in Burbank.
