I'm not a hater.I just wanna say had a bad experience.Save your time.Go elsewhere.Very Very poorly managed.I put a 1½ page detail report on their website to their headquarters.I will also call tomorrow morning and elaborate every every every single bad service detail with them.Save your time.Be aware.Go elsewhere.

The staff handled my sandwich as they would with a newborn, the floor; immaculate, the sandwich; even better. The lighting was sandwich-eating-optimal. And the staff were excited to serve. I would give ten stars, but I weep since I cannot. The Assistant manager himself prepared and cared for my sandwich, I was afraid, but then soothed by that blue-collared employee, I would go back anytime.

The absolute worst customer service EVER! Picked up dinner for my daughter and I tonight, Spent $40. Got home and a sandwich was missing (this is the second time I've been to this location and this has happened). Drove back. No apologies at all. The guy could not figure out what my order had been. Kept searching through cash register. Told him exact amount, gave him credit card and gave him the time I was there (about an hour earlier) but he still could not find it. Another guy appears and says he forgot to put the sandwich in my original bag and points to it behind the counter. Meanwhile, some girl has already remade it. Eventually, they give me the new sandwich and a card to come back for a free sub. NO THANK YOU!!!

They always get your order wrong, so pay attention while they're making it. Sometimes they won't make it mikes way like you ask, sometimes they forget bacon, sometimes they get the wrong bread, sometimes they just make a different sandwich than the one I ordered?? it's all happened to me. Sad because the old Burbank location was top notch, and the employees all cared.

Horrible customer service didn’t acknowledge me and after I said something I end up not even getting service. I felt a little racism ignored it at first but after someone who came in after me was asked if they needed help I was sure then.

shift "manager" that was on duty 7:32 PM 11-8-2023 , due to customer mix up decided it was a good idea to go to the back and laugh about it and make fun of the situation. It doesn't make anyone want to eat , people come there hungry and when you get laughed at for not understanding + talked to in an insulting way. I hope whoever that was (didnt say a name -even though I asked ) asked me if I wanted bacon several times, even though I ordered something with bacon. I look middle Eastern, but doesn't mean I'm stupid and don't know what Im ordering. All in all highly uncomfortable for no reason. Ridiculous the young worker generation, not much younger than myself but unprofessional to the highest manner.

This is a slow Jersey Mike's. Ordered 4 subs and cookies and they are out of bags apparently and didn't think to mention that until after the transaction. Dumb.I always feel like they move slow here, too. Nice people, but don't care how long we all queue up.
