It’s Panda Express, it’s not a 5 star restaurant. You get what you pay for. The staff is nice and accommodating, lots of seats available. They’re located in the Burbank Empire Center, so lots of parking available. They can get super busy during dinner and on weekends. It does get loud when there are a lot of people. If you want a quicker experience, order ahead in the app.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly ramp and tables available, but no automatic open doors.

This is one of the few locations that has a drive through. The inside is always clean and the staff is very friendly. There is patio sitting available.

Why do they charge 5.00 for a side with a plate and then if you want another extra side while eating the plate just ordered, they charge 8.00. SCAMMY RIP OFF maybe thats why its so empty.

The person at the drive through requested the money $13.00 and change for my order (before I gave her the money I said I had coins and to hold her hand up so they would not fall out - she ignored me and then starting yelling me to get the coins which I couldn't as my car door would not open next to the drive through window). This worker was rude and then shoved the dollar bills I gave her back at me (and said take your money). I said "no" I want my order. She then gave me a lot of lip. They need to train young immature workers to deal with the public and to treat them with respect (which this worker did not). They had a manager there and she didn't say anything except handed me my food without a receipt or change. Avoid this place like the plague. Bad customer service by an insolent immature untrained drive-throught window worker.

Being a fast food restaurant makes it a standard of food for the price. Certain entrees are slightly more to paid but not a big deal. Service is amazing, feels they deserve a raise. Environment feels okay, it has lots of movement of people.Being a fast food restaurant standard, it is quality food for the cost. Some dishes have an extra cost but it's not a big deal. The service is amazing, they deserve a raise. The atmosphere is good, there is movement of many people.

Food quality is terrible. My fried rice tasted old, stale, and was super crunchy (hard crunchy) it lacked flavor. The rice was so hard that I was stuck on my molars and I had to get a toothpick to pick it out. The food portions were so small. I ordered the walnut shrimp and I only got like four small shrimps. Will definitely not be going backTo this location. First time i have a negative experience at a Panda Express. Pity. Quickly after I ordered something, I wanted to change an item and was told "NO" because my bowl already had been "made." What a lack of customer service.

Of all the people they could put at the cashier, they had a gal there that seemed to only speak Spanish. I spoke in English, and she responded in Spanish, again. It seemed like she didn't care that I was not of Mexican descent or a native Spanish speaker. While I understand Spanish, I found it pretty insulting that you would not acknowledge that the person in front of her wanted to speak only in English. Management needs to pay attention to stuff like this! That major issue aside, the food, as always, was hot and delicious!

My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday around 6pm, he had Chow Mein, Terriyaki Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Black Pepper Angus Steak and around 3am began vomiting and having diarrhea. This food poisoning is still going on now at 7pm the following day, he is extremely ill due to eating at this location. Completely unacceptable food quality. I can’t call to report this food poisoning to this location so I’m going to do what I can to get to a higher level of management.
