It's Sunday, they have 1 guy working! I was told by the Female who I ordered the pizza with, that is be 8-18 min its to unrealistic I get that. I showed up early, but I couldn't even pay ahead of time. Being that it's One guy. I ask he said 20 min. I have placed my order a few minutes so I thought. Ok no problem.Lastly after waiting another 35 ish min on top of me ordering before I even showed up. I just gave up and left Hungry.I even called the number on Google to explain why I turn down the order I made. Some man said "he talk to management". My instincts doubt this location moving forward. Close for the sake up Papa John's reputation, as you are not good brand representative of this franchise.P.S. They got my name wrong. Call me Jerry, I guess.

I placed an order online that needs to be modified. I spoke to a female associate working on Sunday, Feb 25th, about the changes. My order was reduced by 1/2 and the time changed. She told me that the price of my order only decreased by $6. When I asked for an explanation, she couldn't provide it. When I asked if the online order would update with the new time or if I would receive a confirmation, she didn't know. I told her I'd go online and attempt to make the change instead. I couldn't do so, and have been on hold for 24 minutes at the time of this posting. Awful customer service and I won't place another order at this location.

Why is this pizza place even open? They don’t answer the phones, they have ONE person working in the entire restaurant on a FRIDAY NIGHT!! Obviously you’re struggling as a business owner and should shut down your business because you’re making your customers very unhappy with wrong orders, no communication, and my having to drive all the way to the pizza shop to get the correct order because your useless phone lines don’t work. Absolutely embarrassing for the owner to even operate this store. TRASH! Take your business to hungry howies

The past three times we have ordered from here our order always shows up at least 10-15 minutes after they say it will. This time it was 20 minutes late and our food was cold by time it got here. The boneless wings are barely covered in sauce so it’s like you’re eating plain chicken nuggets. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Papa John’s uses Door Dash for their delivery’s. Rude drivers asking for more money and hold your food hostage unless you give them more money and blame the store they are only delivery drivers. Will never order again.

What was weird was all the topping were under the cheese so it looked like two cheese pizzas, I ordered extra sauce on both because they never use enough and got barely any, also the pizza was over cooked, cheese burnt, tough as cardboard, and the icing on the cake was they double charged my credit card, please save your money and go elsewhere

Watching football and seeing the Shaq-a-Roni made us decide to give PJs another try. What we got was false advertising. 60 slices of pepperoni? More like 6. Extra cheese? To cover the cardboard crust? Couldn't find it with a microscope.We've learned our lesson. Never again!

Came in here to place an order but decided to walkout after what I saw. There's a worker clearly touching out her things without gloves and then just goes and touches the dough. This is extremely unsanitary. He was doing this while other customers were there so I can only imagine what goes. on when customers aren't around. Gross!! Will not be coming back here.
