Here now. Saw the place from the freeway on the way to a friend's house and asked him if we could grab a bite here. Bomb pizza . Great customer service. Great vibe. ?

There are so few places in LA that will let you order just a couple slices of pizza - it's nice to know they offer a wide variety of pies by the slice. Was in the neighborhood and ordered takeout from the counter. They run a smooth operation - menu makes pricing clear and lots of people were coming in for their to-go orders. I didn't dine in but they have beers and a few tables available. Wasn't a problem for me but some people may not like that they make only one size pizza, but it's big and if you don't want the whole thing, they let you order slices. I wish more pizza places did this. I didn't LOVE the too-chewy crust on my pepperoni pizza but it still tasted good.

I was harassed by the store manager named. Marleni. I was parked in the prime pizza lot waiting for the store to open. She approached me in my car telling me in a rude tone to me to move my car since I'm a Uber driver. My Uber sign was on the windshield yet the blue light was turned off. I respectfully told Marleni that I was waiting to buy a pizza and am a loyal customer. She continued to argue with me saying I'll have my car towed and walked away. I continued to wait until the store opened and spoke to one of the employees. It was a young gentleman with red hair and a beard. I explained to my rude experience about Marleni as he told me she is the active duty manager. He then told me he will contact the other manager when they arrive in the store. He told me my lunch will be on the house due to her rude approach and no proper customer service skills. Marleni is not a good representative for Prime Pizza or any Company. I plan to return back thanks to the fellow employee that apologized and done a customer service recovery.

Incredible pizza and even better customer service. We are lucky to have such great pizza here in Los
As an NJ native, I fully endorse this pizza. I recommend getting your pie or slice “well done”. The Sicilian and the grandma are must-try. My go-to is plain pie with meatballs.

My friend recommended coming here to try this pizza place since he been to the LA location. The first thing you should know about this location is that the parking here is very limited and small. I was lucky to find a spot in the front and we were lucky enough to find a table inside too since it was raining. They have outdoor seating but no one was sitting there because it was all wet. They only have like 4 tables inside and it's very small so be aware. When we arrived they had people inside waiting for their order and also people picking up to go order. I wanted the spicy pepperoni pizza but they ran out so my friend and I got the regular pepperoni pizza. I also got the lemon pepper wings with ranch. The pizza came out first and then my wings. I thought the pizza crust was crunchy and the taste was okay. The lemon pepper wings were not my favorite, I like another wings spot way better. My friend got a full bbq chicken pizza to go for his family. The customer service was great, they bring the food to you and also clean your table afterwards.Parking: There only like 5 parking spots in the small plaza this place is at but they also have an alley way and street parking to help out.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but I would recommend sitting outside.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible but there might be a space limitation since the inside of this place is not that wide or big. So they would have to stay in the outdoor dining area while someone else go order.

Best NY style pizza in LA. I’m bummed they stop selling the make at home set, that was really helpful as a parent. But I still go and when I visit nyc I don’t feel like I have to go get pizza, like I missed something since I’ve been away.
