As always subway has exceed my expectations I'm service they created an absolutely amazing atmosphere and made it so I was able to eat extremely comfortably, the food was okay not revolutionary but it was a sandwich and it's subway your not supposed to be getting high class cuisine but the ingredients where extremely fresh like cutting an avacado in front of me so it was an enjoyable experience will come here again

The dude did not put in any effort to wrap my wrap; it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. If you are going to force tip on people make sure everyone does their job correctly.

There’s an employee at this location that’s been working there for quite sometime now that’s really rude and aggressive. I thought they’d talk to him by now but he’s still the same. At this point I’m in the process of contacting corporate. Hope their customer service gets better.

There’s an employee at this location that’s really rude. I believe his name is Cesar. I’ve had an issue with him before and know other customers that think the same. On this particular order me and a few colleagues from work all ordered at the same time and we all got our orders wrong. They all had no condiments and we had ordered through the app. When we picked up the order he told us we ordered too much with a very aggressive tone. He scared me. I’ll probably won’t go there again and that’s really inconvenient for me because that’s the closest location to me.

for service and customer relations attitude from corporate:if i could give less than one star i would went in for a quick lunch for handicapped mommy --store was empty when i enteredguy who made the sandwich was ok.store still not busy, at cashier, extra large female employee was mean, rude and nasty, other staff does not promote good cs relations asked her for extra napkins *denied* and got yelled at by x-lg female and told as a customer i was 'allowed' only 2 napkins napkin dispenser removed from counter for inaccessibility then yelled at to leave reported to corporate back from july 23only get auto generated ' fu ' reply with no other customer help for 6 weeks. guess this employee takes direct customer service training from corporatesome subways are good stores this one is not!

This has been a go to spot for a long time, but after a recent small incident, this is the last time. Gave me a hard time to get my sandwich and made me wait an hour simply because it "wasn't in their system yet" and scheduled for an hour later even though my payment already went through. Usually, it's a hit or miss but so far it has been very disappointing. I recommend going to the Subway in Lankershim and North Hollywood for better service.

Terrible place. Honestly upsetting how they skimp on veggies (the whole subway model is hinged upon stacking up veggies sky high to get bang for your buck). Also I asked for double meat and got about 3/4 of a single portion. Rude staff, I'm sure bad management. Don't come here. There are so many other subways to choose from. Try just going across the street to Vallarta. Excellent cheap carnitas tacos. Hope they go out of business. The subway I mean. Vallarta is bomb.

The employees were very rude at this Subway. And they have begun to skimp on ingredients including meat's. All bread with very little skimpy ingredients isn't good for business. Especially when they charge a ridiculously amount to add extra of anything. Making my own sub at home is much cheaper than buying at Subway now.

Service was good, but there was a funky chemical smell that was making me gag when I was ordering food. I'm not sure if it was cleaning chemicals or mix with sewage smell. Overall the place looked clean, just the smell was too much.

I worked in Subway for 4 years before. And I know the amount of meat and vegetables that are supposed to be put on a sandwich according to Subway guidelines. But sadly this Subway employees put less meat and vegetables even after I mentioned they're putting a lot less. This is called stealing from customers and charging them the full amount. I am sure management instructed them this way. Really sad, how many customers they're stealing from on a daily basis. Please don't come here!
