I smiled hungrily when I spotted the Taco Bell on Magnolia Bi in Burbank. I enjoyed the concept of it being a very high-class restaurant; one that was portrayed so well in the movie, 'Judge Dredd'.The movie was truly fictional: while the staff was smiling and cordial, the food was magnificently average. It was tepid and screamed at me, "I am corporate food!" I strongly agreed with my taco.

The food is great and delicious. Whenever I do come here I get the bean burrito and 3 Doritos locos tacos and a water cup I usually get coke with the cup. Almost everytime tho I get this place I have to obliterate a bathroom. Not the best feeling in the world but it’s worth it because I love my burritos and tacos.

They're always incredibly accurate with orders and very friendly. I know that most of the employees are like high school college kids but they're phenomenal so kudos to management.

At 12:30 lunch time they tell customers there’s no change for a $50 dollar bill when the order was 15 dollars. The customer at the register wants to say that’s the way it is with attitude,, “ that their not required to have the change for any order” and refuse service all over a 50 dollar bill at lunch time ,are you kidding me??? “ no notices or signs on the registers or walls to inform any customer of their issues with giving customers there change for their orders . A disrespectful attitude not respecting their costumer or their elders for that matter.NO CHANGE IN THEIR REGISTERS OR STORE FOR CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND ITS REALLY NOT REQUIRED SO PLEASE LEAVE NOW AFTER BEING THERE 16mins OF A 30min LUNCH BREAK!!!! Since other customers were waiting now they started harassing because they just wanted food did not care about the problem at hand. A customer for 24 years but no more….. No customer service skills!Who trains ?

I used to eat taco bell everyday. I loved taco bell but everytime I come to this location I always have an issue with a missing item or wrong item. Today... their was a hair in my cheesy bean and rice burrito. I didn't even see it. I felt it in my mouth and went to look in a mirror to see if I was trippen. Sure enough! Long hair. I should've spit it out once I felt it. What was I thinking?! But also....why is there even hair in my food? I'm grossed out... ruined my appetite and the rest of my night. Idk man. You guys really disappointed me this time. That's just disgusting. I'm officially breaking off my relationship with you guys. Sorry but it's your fault...

Couldn't handle too many orders tonight. Didn't receive simple order of Doritos Taco and Nacho Fries. Stolen money. No refund.Literally less than 30 minutes and you can't remember what orders have been placed.

I'm giving them 3stars but that's generous.Tacos were good but what the hell happened to the burritos? The flour tortillas are like shoe leather! They used to be soft and fresh and now it's like they leave them out for weeks to get good and stale before they serve this crap to the public.Won't be back to this location but hopefully they won't all be the same.
