Once I worked here 4 years. Came to get white chocolate frap. These two girls are absutley miserable. They look so stressed out and horrible customer service. Tried to charge me 80cent for chocolate drizzle which came with the white chocolate. I corrected her she became upset. They made it will with all chocolate. Had them fix it to oriental style but wood the misery in their eyes and the stress so sad. Wish u guys luck!

Star and Zack are awesome! I'm not picky, except I like to get a vanilla extreme blended with sugar-free powder. most Coffe Bean's make it chunky and you have to fight to drink it. The employees here are nice and and always make it right. They should change tje name to "Star and Zack Bean." This is my go to and in a great area.

Very dusty and dirty space. The place looks like it is falling apart and everything is under dust, and floors are super dirty as well. If I could give a 0 I would. Staff also look like they were forcible working there without a smile on their face.

Friendly staff. Great location. Baristas need to learn how to froth the milk for the drinks. Third time coming in here. Twice in morning & once in eve. Different staff. No change in result of the delivery. Might as well buy a coffee and add half and half. Wouldn't make much of a difference. Spending a pretty dime, it would be lovely to get traditional style milk from a talented barista. Coffee bean is delicious when made appropriately. ? This was supposed to be a Cafe Vanilla. Tried a Vanilla Latte previous to.

Get my vanilla iced americanos here, my usual. Fantasticly made by Gaige and Jacob as well when I get it here. It's always perfect. Great service from them when they're there. Place was decently clean as well, small setting is preferable vs Starbucks which is always packed and nowhere to sit.

Stopped in on a Thursday for an old standard, the no sugar added ice blended mocha. I remember when I was little, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was the first place that served these coffee drinks that are so prevalent today. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf manages to stand out among the rest with their unique flavor and I love that they have no added sugar option. After reading the reviews about the poor customer service, I have to say, I didn't experience any poor customer service during my visit! My server was friendly and accommodating and everything was just great about our little stop in for the night. The ambiance of the little coffee shop was comforting and fun and a nice relaxing way to cap off an evening. My only regret was that I shared my drink and the sharing was a little bit uneven because my partner drank most of it! Next time I'm getting my own and that's my advice to you too. Thank you Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for your dedication to making the best ice blended mochas in the world. Keep up the good work see you soon!

Only way to describe this place is this, "when a coffee shop meets a shoe box", as the surroundings was the first thing that caught me eye and that I felt as soon as I entered the door that mid afternoon.Felt like 4 walls and me in a straight jacket waiting for my coffee.Service was good, coffee was good but "Space X" skyrocket expensive, but at the end of the day it was just another average coffee shop (super high priced at that) robbed of an atmosphere that should have been offset to compensate for the high prices.Maybe a tree in the middle might help or even just a 12 inch plant (well hell, it could even be just an artificial one), but for Pete's sake, just put something there or simply just remodel the place.So to the owners!!!Give that place a spark of light or something.....I mean something with all that money your charging you customers for that coffee!Hope this helps and people see and read this.
