I'm obsessed with their matcha lattes and the kouign amann pastry that they have. The atmosphere here is always bright/happy and the other patrons are always nice/respectful. Overall just good vibes here!Parking: Even on weekends there's decent parking near/around the block that The Palm Coffee Bar is located on. I usually part on either one of the side streets around the shop.

not sure why this place has so many stars. Very over hyped over priced coffee bar. They have ZERO idea how to make a proper cappuccino. Two drinks and a pastry was $30. Cappuccino tasted like MILK with foamy droplets of coffee on top. I asked for a dry cap, took it back to be remade and it came back out the same way. Hard

Tastes horrendous. Coffee used to taste very good when owner was there with the core group. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch was my go to. It tastes like mud now. I gave it a second chance again after an unexpected disappointment a year ago when I got the same thing, quality has gotten worse somehow. The vibe is fine, but the owner needs to get the quality of the drink back to shape. I usually don't post these kinds of negative messages, but it just reflects the level of my disappointment of what used to be a crowning jewel of Burbank coffee turned into a subpar dispensary of terrible coffee.

It's a cute place, but it takes too long to get your drink. They were out of almost all of their baked goods by 2:15pm.

I tried the Palm Coffee Bar for the first time yesterday. It certainly looks nice inside, a lot of efforts were spent on making the place look unique and pretty. I ordered a small iced vanilla latte, something I like to order wherever I go. I only waited a few minutes before it was ready. There was a nice area for you to sit on a bench and in front of you are unique little gadgets you can purchase: funky pens, warm beanies, t-shirts, etc. Above you is a large silver shiny disco ball that catches your attention. I grabbed my latte - the employees were decently friendly and wished me a Happy New Year. The latte was $6, which is a dollar more for the same drink and size at my favorite coffee shop elsewhere in Burbank. I was hoping I would like this place because I recently moved and my favorite coffee shop is now a further drive. The Palm is closer to my new home, however I don't plan to come back. I couldn't taste any vanilla in my drink. When I got home I had to add my own Torani Vanilla Syrup to it. I know that there wasn't any misunderstanding with my order as the label on the drink shows exactly what I ordered (With vanilla). Aside from that, the drink tasted very watered down and flavorless. It reminded me of Starbucks. Except with Starbucks you would at least taste the vanilla. So for $6 I was unhappy. It looks like a lot of money was spent on the decorations and design of the place to make it look modern, hip, edgy, with fun touches of pink. However, the quality of the drink I ordered was far less impressive than the interior design. My search for a new coffee shop goes on.

I love the pink themed shop! They have little goodies in there to buy, and I got the Lucky charm matcha! SO yummy. They also played such good music and had a photo booth. It was such a vibe in there. parking was pretty easyParking: I found parking right around the corner. Can imagine it’s busy when it’s rush hour though.
