The spicy garlic edamame was good but an enormous serving (and seemed flash fried rather than steamed), so if you're solo dining plan accordingly! I also ordered the half Cornish hen which was tasty, but was pretty surprised about an 18% gratuity automatically included. I typically tip 20%, so I don't have an objection to the amount but I was very surprised to see it as a party of one! And it's a bit hidden in the itemization - I think it should say 'additional tip' rather than just 'tip' near the signature line.

I had a clam chowder and cheese burger. The clam chowder was good. It had a lot of bacon and potatoes in it, but not too many clams. The burger was okay, I wouldnt get it again. They did not have the impossible burger at the time of order. The waiter we had was amazing and super friendly! He had great customer service. We got charged an automatic 20% gratuity when we received our bill, even though the menu said gratuity is automatically added with parties of 6 or more people. We only had 4 people at our table.

The burger was OK. Nothing special but not bad after a long day of work. I loved the sweet potato fries. The big problem I have is that they automatically added an 18% gratuity on a TAKE OUT order for a party of 1. Just the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. I was too tired to object, just signed it to the room and most of the ticket will be covered by my platinum food credit.

Got the brussel chips, seafood pasta, and Caesar salad with salmon. The brussels were good, the pasta just didn’t do it fir me snd made my tunmy ache a little. Some of the mussel shells hadn’t opened and as fas as i know that means they aren’t done cooking(but im no pro so i could be wrong). The salad was ok, the salmon wasn’t very flavorful. I may be a little biased cause im from the south. However!!!! Jesus!!!!!! He is the best waiter/server ever!!!! He wad attentive, gave good info on options, funny, lively, and absolutely amazing!!!!!! I would go back just to have him again snd a few drinks

They have a buffet but also some other options. Pretty straightforward, but I thought their egg/spinach/avocado/mushroom/cheese dish with toast was very good. (I changed mine from sunny to scrambled)Vegetarian options: Egg/veg/cheese/toast option

Food was fantastic! The service was good and it was decently flavorful. The garlic fries were well crisp and crunchy, no overwhelming garlic and salt flavor. The burger was well cooked and separated for your preparation. I recommend it, it was served with their house sauce, no other condiments. Lightly salted patty so you don’t taste much of the seasoning, but once out together. It’s delicious. The wings were extra crispy, nice and flavorful. It didn’t feel like sauce was missing. Far better than Wingstop in my opinion.

I unfortunately am not a fan of this hotel restaurant. The best thing I had here was the brussels sprouts and chips. I liked that it was crispy and had bacon bits in between. The pricing however is super high. The worst thing I had here were the chicken tacos. It doesn't come with any sides and only the 3 tacos. The tortillas are super dry and unflavored. The chicken itself tasted really rubbery and possibly just reheated. And there were few toppings on the the taco itself. The salsa provided is simply a knockoff pico de gallo that has no spice. They do have Tapatio at the very leas. Again, the pricing felt super high with that Doubletree premium.I also got soda water as well. All of this came out to $40+ which I felt was super unsatisfactory. The waiter was bright and cheery at the very least while the hostess was not very happy to be there. You can find the restaurant near the back of the first floor strangely positioned in one of the halls.I think there are better options as long as you're willing to drive or Doordash.
