Just came back from a trip and pulled off the freeway and found Fusion Izakaya and it was perfect in all respects!! Tasty food, great service!!

I was just there today for the first time (Oct 17, 2019) and I met the new owner. It just changed ownership- in fact we were the first customers to sit on their booths- they had just obtained them yesterday. The service was really good and the food was very fresh. It was to the liking of myself and both kids. Definitely will be back and since I live close, I may order to go too.

The presentation of food was very well done. The foot was really delicious. The wait staff was quick and knowledgeable. I'd recommend the Crab Toast, and Karubota Pork.

First time trying Fusion today! Definitely very impressed. Service was impecable and super friendly staff!! Quick service to get rolls! Rolls were yummy with alot of flavor. 100% will be returning for more :)

We came here for my granma's 91st bday, we celebrated and had a little dinner here. The FRESH UNI SASHIMI is the bomb! MY fave and i love it! The Lion King is for the win! And the FRESH FISH "kamachi collar" to die for - super fresh! The rest was great !!! however the my granma literally ordered her tonkatsu ramen LIGHT SALT hence it did not came out the way she wanted...although the manager step up and changed her order right away and made the correct one. We're really impresed. Thank you SIR i did not get your name, you know who you both are! Overall great service-food -experience

This place seems to have really good review for their sushis, but this review is strictly on what we ordered: pork belly and chicken skewer, beef rice bowl, and spicy miso ramen. The service of this place is good, but the food we ordered were terrible. First the skewers, they taste OK, nothing special about them. When the place is named Izakaya I would think there's more options for the skewers but there are only few meat and few veggie options. Second, the beef bowl, it was like eating leftovers. It's worse than Yoshinoya that's been in the fridge for two days. I don't recommend ordering this dish. Third, the spicy ramen, it was extremely watered down!! Super bland, way too overpriced for the quality. Worst ramen I've ever had. I've had food court ramen and they tasted better. Despite the disappointment from the main dish we ordered, the salad that came on the side was delicious, especially the dressing. It's funny to say the salad dressing was the best part of this meal.
