I am unclear why there is advertisement to join the rewards program if I am told they can not scan my phone with the scanners they have. I am unable to collect or use my points at this location, but there are stickers all over the place to join the rewards program.

I have had bad experiences here in the past, but here is today's experienceWalked up to the counter, and the one employee was playing with one of the timers. Ok, I'll wait. ............ 3 minutes later she looks up and says "oh I didn't see you there" OkI ordered a hot tall espresso in a grande cup with one pump of classic syrup and some oat milk. She said hot? Yes hot. We don't have oat milk. Ok, then make it with one pump of classic, one pump of hazelnut and almond milk.Then she walks over to the cups and grabs a grande cold cup. I said hot please. Oh OK. Then she makes the drink and hands it to me with no sleeve. I asked for a sleeve and she said they are out. In the past they will double cup it when they are out of sleeves as the cup is very hot. But not today, she just handed it to me. When I got to my car, I opened it and she had not even mixed the milk so I had to find a straw in my car to mix it up.UGH!!!!!

I only came here because I had no choice and was rushing to work. The usual Starbucks I go to closed at 1pm for some reason. I walked up to the counter here and the barista is staring at his phone. I stood there for 10 seconds looking at him. If I was let running late for work I would've stood there just staring at him longer. After 10 seconds I said hello and he lifted his head. I didn't ask for any fancy drink - just a regular fkin grande cup of coffee in a venti cup. He went and got my coffee but as he was dispensing it, it make the empty air sound. The then came back and told me can I wait 5 minutes so he can brew some more coffee. I almost lol. WTF was he doing before I arrived other than standing there staring at his phone. He know the fuxkin coffee was empty and yet he waited till a customer orders then brew? No I don't have Fuxkin 5 minutes because I'm late for work and it's your Fuxkin job to make some got dam coffee. Oh to make things better, he said he forgot to put my coffee in a venti cup and also didn't put any cream in it. He handed me the coffee and then around quickly to be back on his phone. What a pathetic person. I can obviously see that he hates his job and life. Do everyone a favor and quit. This barista is Hispanic make in his 20s with dyed blonde hair. Never ever come here for coffee.

The guy was unhappy doing the drink like it was the worst thing in the world. At the end looks like I am drinking water with caramel.
I come to this Starbucks almost everyday before work and theres usually a guy there thats really friendly and makes the coffee right. I came by today and he wasn't there but there was a young female, I believe her name is Rachel. She was working alone and she was helping someone before me so I waited about 5 minutes. When she helped me she was rude but I didn't think much of it because maybe she was just having a bad day. I ordered my iced caramel macchiato and walked over to wait for it. She helped my coworker and I could hear the change in her voice, It was nice, unlike with me. I thought okay maybe she's feeling better and thought she'd be nice to me now but was I wrong. She made my coffee, slammed it on the table AND threw a straw. Also there was barely any caramel on my CARAMEL macchiato. She literally squeezed a little drop into my drink. When she gave my coworker his drink she was nice and told him to have a good day but was such a B word to me. I did absolutely nothing for her to act that way and frankly I will not be returning because of her. If she doesn't want to be working then she should go home that was so unprofessional.

This guy saw me walking towards him so he immediately went around the counter started restocking the condiments while I stood in front of him. He won't make eye contact because that would mean he would have to tend to his only customer. So 5 min passes I decided to do my grocery shopping first . I came back 25 min later and he is now out for lunch.... I just saw 3 more people walking away pissed off .
