I requested for a ham and cheese croissant and a cup of water. I thought it was so strange that they were charging $1 for a cup of small water. They never charged before. The server there cut through my sentence and she was extremely rude. They said they've been charging water for the past three months, but I never heard of that policy nor have I ever been charged at this location.The tables I sat were not clean even though there were no crowds in the morning. There were crumbs everywhere and it looks like the servers didn't care at all. I won't be buying here ever again.

Came here on Thanksgiving Day, ordered two drinks, was double charged, kept getting cutting off by the the server who wouldn't let me finish one complete sentence, and got both drinks wrong. Frustrating experience as a customer. It's also ironic how impatient people always backfire and end up wasting more time. They didn't bother to print labels for drinks, didn't bother to listen to a complete sentence and then had to remake both drinks. Just... (shrug)

Located inside the Marriott hotel on the Bay near the San Francisco Airport, this Starbucks has great views and easy access for hotel guest and the public. The menu options available are limited compared to the stand alone shops but the more popular items can be purchased.
