We entered the shop around 3:15pm and there was 2 people in front of us, we’ve waited about 10 minutes and it’s our turn, but the guy told us that we have to wait at least 20 minutes for our turn, because he just received an order over $300 that he needs to finish that first. I said it only took you 3 minutes to make a sandwich and we’ve waited in line patiently, can you finish our order first? He said no, this order is over $300 and you’ll have to wait. I asked does that mean you don’t want our business? He said I have to finish this order first coz it’s big.We and other customers behind us all left because of his attitude, if you know that you’ve got big orders, you can just let us know before we wait in line so we don't waste our time. anyway imo you should take the walk in businessz

Came to this location and requested a veggie sandwich because I'm practice a vegan diet. The young man who seemed to be of Latino decent was extremely rude along with his co-worker who identified herself as the manager. Only requested extra pickles and pepperoncini aside regular serving of the other vegetables with light onions and light bell peppers. The young man and woman told me that I wasn't able to order extra even though I offered to pay extra as I was already prepared to pay extra for the avacado. The tone while assisting me with my sandwich was very awkward to say the least. After experiencing this from both worker and "so called" manager I cancelled my order and walked out the door. By far the worst Subway I've ever been to and I frequent stores throughout the Bay Area quite often. So they both were willing to throw away a nearly fully made sandwich over a very minimal amount of pickles and pepperoncini. Quite the managerial decision! Have to agree with what another customer commented here what is this world coming to???

It was 8:25 pm when I arrived at the store, but the lady in the store was refused to make any food and closed the store when it was still work time. Do not come to this subway because the just not willing to serve people food. It’s terrible for me to drive here before the close time and they told me they’re closing. What’s wrong with this world or II’m just tripping? How lazy the lady is?

I don't give a lot of low reviews but the service here has been horrible every single time I've gone where I've deemed it must be a management issue. I've stopped spending my money at this location and don't see that changing anytime soon unfortunately.

Rude service from young skinny Hispanic worker ( I literally have shirts older than this child ) Very impolite & hostile. I use to come here everyday sometimes twice a day, never coming back here again. Why frequent a restaurant that clearly hates their customers & doesn't appreciate your business? Don't believe me? Just read the other reviews about this location.If you really want Subway there's another location less than half a mile away in Millbrae, it's a Filipino dude and he's always nice and friendly.
