Had a dynamite sushi burrito here last week. It's on Lorton near Burlingame Avenue so parking is impacted by construction, but there's a big new garage a block away and never fills (top secret). Staff is super nice and lunch was perfect. Can't wait to go back!

Tried them for the first this evening and ordered to go. And it did not disappoint. The sumo sushirito I ordered was loaded with ingredients and flavor. I enjoyed and loved it. Will definitely return for more.

I tried the salmon sushiritto. It's a big piece of salmon, sauce, and rice all wrapped in seaweed. It was unique, but not my personal favorite.

This place can be hard to spot, since it's on a side-street from Burlingame Ave, but I'm glad we finally gave this place a try. I can easily spend a lot of money at a sushi joint, so I figured I'd try a "sushi burrito" to satisfy my craving. I'm glad I did. We each got a Sumo Crunch, and they were fat and delicious. I'm a big guy and I was abled to walk away satisfied. I will definitely be back next time I'm craving sushi. Only downside is there's not much in the way of seating. There's a few uncovered tables outside. See attached photos.

Everyone I know and talked with loved Sushiritto, they'd remember how it was like getting it in SF downtown and looked forward to it. So obviously when Sushiritto opened in Burlingame, a lot of us were excited and happy about it as we don't have to go all the way to SF or Palo Alto to get one anymore. Unfortunately, the store looks like they are operated in a way to just maximize profit and not maintain what they are known for, the quality of the food and service. They don't even have a proper well invested banner set up, just a cheap print of the Sushiritto on a cheap paper. They seem understaffed a lot as well. Every time I am looking to buy Sushiritto, they are closed at 7:15pm. Despite saying they are open until 8pm. The staff weren't attentive and seem drained to work. I see people wanting to buy but are baffled by the Closed Sign, disappointed. The price has definitely gone up a lot too, you used to be able to buy a Sushiritto under $10, but now it's closing in to $18-20 (Adding service charge or what not), with that price you can most definitely dine somewhere else and get a full service including tips still. It just doesn't make any sense. Overall, I'm sad that their service has gone down the hills. We all love Sushiritto and want to see it thrive, but unless something changes in the management and maybe more effort to boost their employees and staff morale, I don't see Sushiritto growing or surviving. I will still buy from them but I'm not optimistic about their future.

what happened Sushirrito !? :( used to be one of my favorite quick meals. Yesterday we got the Latin Ninja & Geisha Kiss (both raw fish burritos). And both were mediocre... plus the fish quality was not fresh and did not look that great either. The pickled cucumber is also kinda strange and does not pair that well (and I love cucumbers). I would probably only get the Sumo Crunch (shrimp tempura & imitation crab) now if I ever come back.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is easy going and the sushi wraps always taste good

I used to think sushi burritos were a gimmick, but they're not bad! I would describe the eating experience and flavors kind of more like a rice wrap than a sushi burrito (maybe most a akin to a giant Korean kimbap?). Each burrito is quite hefty with a fair amount of rice and filling. I personally would enjoy a little less rice, but it makes for a very filling lunch.

It was bound to happen in California: the collision between sushi and the burrito! Sushirrito began in San Francisco and has expanded to multiple locations around the Bay Area with its menu of Japanese flavors and ingredients served in the form of a handheld burrito. Instead of a tortilla, the burritos here were made with a sheet of nori layered with chewy koshikari rice and ginger guacamole, containing a selection of fillings. The Geisha's Kiss came with tamago (Japanese omelette), piquillo peppers, lotus chips, pickled cucumbers, green leaf lettuce, and sesame white soya sauce along with raw chunks of salmon. While the salmon wasn't particularly flavorful, it had a creamy texture that contrasted nicely with the crunchy vegetables and crispy lotus chips. The Salmon Samba burrito came with teriyaki-baked salmon along with two tempura asparagus, pickled cucumber, green leaf lettuce, pumpkin seeds, and Japanese 7-spice powder. I especially liked the earthy crunch of the pumpkin seeds and tempura in this burrito, which went nicely with the tender salmon and creamy aioli. Overall, these were two delicious culinary creations fusing the best of Japanese and Latin cuisines, and the burritos came in surprisingly generous portion sizes, making for a good value meal!

My kids and I ordered salmon samba, Geisha's Kiss and a chicken Karaage. The sushi burritos were good but it needs more fish in it. The karaage was pretty good and crunchy.

This is a great tiny place! The workers are very nice and this is a great alternative to a fast food place. I had their sumo burrito ! It was good, but I wish it was spicier as it's not really at all, the crab meat is a little overbearing and hides the flavor from the tempura shrimp but it's still filling and refreshing and I love that. I've had this place about two times now and I've loved it both times. It's clean and I would recommend you give it a try. They set up a little patio area with some chairs where you can lounge and enjoy your food.

Was eating away at my Buddha burrito and then all of the sudden this nasty a** long hair in my food. I could vomit! Absolutely disgusted and will not be going back.
