Hidden Gem for tasty adobo and assorted milk teas. Omg their mango slush is soo yummy and made with real fruit! Too bad they will be closed for construction for the next couple of months...I can't wait until they open again! Did I mention yummy adobo?!

I come here for lunch/ tea almost weekly, having heard of this place from a coworker. What I like about Waterfront Cafe is -fast service, little wait -decent tea, snack and rice items -the parking lot has plenty of space (part of the office building)

Tucked away in a corner of a office building, Waterfront Cafe provides both fresh food and boba drinks! SERVICE 5/5: A one man team runs this shop and he does a great job at it. He is going back and forth from the cash register to the kitchen, delivering food/drinks to his hungry customers. FOOD 5/5: I have only tried the chicken and beef teriyaki, but they're both really, really good! It's always piping hot whenever I order one. The teriyaki sauce is not too sweet, complements the meats perfectly. However, I personally wish he gave less coleslaw and more rice/meat instead. I also really enjoyed the milk tea with boba from here. You don't have to adjust the sweetness here, it's not overloaded with sugar like other places. The milk tea doesn't have that fake taste (like T4) and is authentic. OVERALL 5/5: For a quick lunch, definitely take the time to drop by this little shop - you won't regret it.

I was craving boba on my drive from San Mateo and SF, and stopped by this little cafe based on the Yelp reviews. I had the honey milk tea with boba, fried lollipop chicken and the shrimp shu mai. Everything was sort of bland. I feel bad since they probably don't get a lot of traffic based on their location, and food/drinks are blah so I don't be going out of the way to stop by.

Ordered: Korean style short ribs meal, Popcorn chicken, and taro milk tea. All were disappointing. After reading the reviews I was excited to try being I work a few buildings down. The popcorn chicken were basically butter ball chickens sprinkled with spice very bland. Taro Milk tea just tasted like hazelnut creamer that I could've drank a cup of at work. Korean Style short ribs tasteless. If you're craving bland tasteless food this is your place.

Hidden gem along Airport Blvd. Easy to find it from the elevated parking area which is on the left side of the building if you were looking at the building from Airport Blvd. It's a small place but they have great boba drinks. I tried the chicken teriyaki and it was a great size with real chicken and yummy Asian slaw on the side. Very impressive!! I'm lucky this place is close to work for me. I will definitely be coming back.

Not hungry, but just need that crave for a tasty and mouth watering snack? You came to the right place. Milk tea and popcorn chicken that wont break the bank. Service that you get is like you knew them for years. This hole in the wall is amazing.

This is a cute little shop that has rest food and coffee drinks! Would definitely recommend. Never busy when I have went. Quick bite in between work with a chill vibe.

In a business building and its very cute. The food is fairly priced and good portions. Service is good and the place has seating inside and outside. I got the adobo, Green match milk tea with boba and and shrimp shu mai. For 7 pieces of shu mai its a good price of 4.25 + taxes. Would go here again because the prices and food. Nice easy walk from the Hilton and other hotels around this waterfront. I highly recommend it.
