Went inside, ordered at counter and they basically just forgot about us. Waited about 20 mins to find out pizza never got made. Took another 15 mins, guy was apologetic. It happens.... But then the manager or whoever turns off the dinign room lights. Had to eat in the dark... And the pizza tasted frozen or something you'd get at a 7-11. In fact 7-11 might be better.

We got our order for take out, but found the interior to be very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and we had a nice conversation with the owner. As for the food, I got the Hero sandwich and my wife got a super veggie pizza on thin crust with pesto sauce. She said her pizza was very good, but I here to talk about the Hero. You don't get this at any of the fast food sub shops. Great bun with a ton of meats and just the right balance of veggies and sauce. Sorry, was too hungry to take pics.

Ordered a combo pizza. When we got our pizza the toppings were cold and the dough was super thin and not cooked all the way. Changed ownership in August. Very disappointed. We drive a little over an hour each way to eat here. But not anymore.

I went in there a couple times and every time I went in there, the lady with the red hair and glasses I’m pretty sure her name is Christina! would stand at the counter right in front of me and talk to the other guy, and completely ignored the customers when I was just trying to get ranch, not only that she went and answered the phone before she helped the customer at the counter Who was there before the phone rang
Nice salad bar. Only one I have found in the area. Had good personal pizza on the lunch special. Get there by 11:59 for lunch, because the high school will fill it up at 12:01.

My wife and I each got lunch specials. She got a personal pizza with one topping, one trip to the salad, bar, and a fountain drink. I got one trip to the salad, bar, turkey club sandwich, and a fountain drink. Or bill was $31 before tip. The salad bar was sufficient, the pizza was good, and the specialty sandwich was really good. Our orders were brought out to us in about 10 to 15 minutes. The only person we interacted with while we were there was not friendly but not unfriendly either. Although we did not really need anything, no one came back to see if we did or if we even liked the lunch. Not much to pick from in Burney. If they had pizza competition, they might go out of business. Overall it was a decent lunch but nothing to brag about.

Under new ownership. The pizza is not the same as before and it's way over priced for how little of everything you get. The crust is paper thin like they used a small pizzas dough and stretched it out for a extra large there is barley any cheese and no sauce at all. Very disappointed.

We have been coming to Gepettos for several years and they used to have the best pizza...... fantastic pizza, actually. But NOW, the Gepettos pizza in Burney, CA is not what it used to be. In late 2023, Bob, the old owner of Gepettos sold the company to folks from out of town. We ate there yesterday, and it was terrible. it's obvious that they have changed the brands of ingredients to a lower quality, and I could tell after taking the first bite. My first clue that Bob did not own the restaurant anymore was that the picture board was gone. I told the employees that new owners must have bought the company because Bob would never serve the pizza we had. Employees confirmed that Gepettos was recently sold. Every person that we have recommended eating at Gepettos pizza said it was a fantastic tasting pizza, but unfortunately, we won't be back after tasting the pizza. It's sad that a once great pizza place is no longer great after so many years. On a positive note, all of the folks working there were friendly and nice, however, it took about 30 minutes to get our pizza, and the place only had two customers.

Waited an hour for our pizza finally inquired come to find out it was put in a box as a to-go order and just sat there even though we were issued a number for our table and had a salad bar. Now our pizza was cold No apology no nothing in fact they thought it was funny. I guess that's what you get with a bunch of stoned teenagers. Worst place ever
