Pricey compared to my local Popeye's but thankfully I had my coupons with me so I paid same as at home. Popeye's spicy chicken is so tasty and the pieces are good sized. The red beans & rice and the biscuit were just okay at this location but the service was excellent.
Very pricy for fast food in a truck stop in Buttonwillow. Same with the Taco Bell next door. I guess your paying for the "ambiance".Do yourself a favor and get your drinks in the mini Mart next door. Maybe all your food too. You'll get more for less.

Easy 4 stars. I have not had any food issues here except they ran out of shrimp one time. Biscuits are always fresh in my bag! I use the app to order ahead of time and pick up when I make my pit stop. Friendly and fast service every time.
